**UPDATE: We got our money back! Looks They just didn't tell us that we were getting it, when we were getting it, or how we were getting it. BTW, this review got the firm's attention much faster than dealing directly with Nathan Spalling for the last 3 weeks**Brutal Experience. The process was neither easy nor comfortable. This firm was unable to process our financial transaction on the closing date. Also unable to communicate this to us until we were pulling into the driveway of our new home at 5pm. Incurred about $1000 of costs between hotel and movers waiting around. I've been calling Nathan Spalling 2x weekly all month and am getting nothing but the run around (was sick, out of office, another partner is dealing with it, etc.) Would not recommend.
