The personalization of gifts just reached a new level.Joe, the owner, takes a lot of pride in his work; and it shows. His work is perfect.His service is prompt and his communication is great. He really cares for his customers.You enter the store, and you get to see all the options you have for gift giving. You get to see his samples and get a first hand idea of what your gift will look like.I recommend this place 100%.

So happy I found Joe at Graphic Etch!! Everything from the service to the final product was a breeze to deal with during this pandemic and PERFECT! Very professional - he always replies to my inquiries promptly and even when I confirm if I can come by last minute, he is very accommodating. I literally sent him an e-mail last night if I can pick up both bottles today around noon and he got it done so quickly and beautifully! I also sent him a reference picture of where I want the bottles engraved and he made it look even better than that. Super happy :) I can't wait to gift the bottles! I showed all my friends and siblings and they were all surprised by how beautiful the engraving was. And the affordable pricing is the cherry on top!! Definitely my go-to place from now on for any engraving services I'll have in the future and will definitely recommend to my friends and family!!

After a disappointing shopping experience at Things Remembered in Vaughan Mills, where I left feeling cheated, I was lucky enough to find this lovely and privately owned shop in Woodbridge. The owners name is Joe and he is so sweet and considerate. He gives you his complete attention and kindly offers suggestions and advice if you're not sure what you need right away. I paid to have two champagne flutes, that I wish I bought at his shop, engraved for my bffs engagement party. He was efficient and professional and affordable. The engravements look amazing and I'm so thrilled to have found him. He also surprised me by creating a custom made box to hold the glasses. The box contains lovely blue velvet lining and is perfectly fitted for the flutes. I was so worried I wouldn't find a good box because the rude manager at Things Remembered actually sold the flutes to me without a box but lied that she would give me one. How do you give champagne flutes as a gift without a box? Joe more than compensated for the terrible service at Things Remembered. I will be sure to go to him for gift ideas for any other formal events that I attend and recommend him to others. His products are identical to the ones at Things Remembered, except he offers even more variety and he treats you like a person. And did I mention his prices are less than half the cost of what you would pay at Things Remembered? There is no reason to shop anywhere else!

It deserves 100 stars. It's the best for selections of products. Joe the owner's workmanship is a work of art. He goes out of his way to accommodate you. I needed a last minute etching done and he went out if his way to do it. Wow, no one of all the people I called cared except him. I called to let him know that I would be late and he waited for me even though the shop was closed. I only had four, yes only four glasses etched and he waited for me. I was TREATED AS IF I WAS FAMILY from the first phone call I had with him and then when I went to his shop! You can't get better than that! His PRICES ARE PHENOMENAL !!! He sincerely cares! He goes the extra mile to give you a work of art and treats you like an important member of his family!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had our souvenirs made from here. The owner, Joe is an amazing responsive guy and the shot glasses were beautiful. Quick service and reasonable price. I would certainly recommend and save this place for future needs.

I wish I found Graphic Etch ages ago. Recently had a bottle engraved and it turned out perfect!Joe was super responsive too all messages and is super accommodating. Due to Covid, it is recommended to make an appointment with him before stopping by. Pick up is not same day, so make arrangements to pick up again the following day or days.Prices are super reasonable and the engraving is done perfectly. Located conveniently at the NE corner of Islington and steeles with tons of parking, easy to find.I would recommend Graphic Etch to everyone who wants anything engraved.

I was extremely happy with Renaissance's service, quality and value. My guests absolutely loved the wedding favours (wine bottles engraved with our wedding logo and personalized to each guest by engraving the guest's name). The engravings were flawless and the bottles turned out beautifully. Everything was done on time and hassle free. Highly highly recommend!

I was searching for a place to do a short notice etching on an expensive cognac bottle for a 50th wedding anniversary.
