This Subway is always very poorly stocked, for example today (07/28) they were out of bacon.However, the most disappointing aspect of this particular experience was a very unprofessional staff member. The two younger girls, (I believe one tag said Mary, the other had pink hair) were doing their best to complete orders and provide excellent customer service all while an older lady with glasses stomped, scowled and snapped at them, she even rolled her eyes when they spoke to her at one point. As a customer, it was very awkward and uncomfortable witness.Management may want to consider having the teenagers coach the adults on professionalism.

Ordered online at around 2:15 pm and the app said it would be ready at 2:50 there was no one in parking lot and only one person inside seated. I went in at 2:50 it wasn’t even started the lady said give me one minute and started working on an over the phone pickup order rather than mine. Will not be ordering from this location again. How long does it take to make two subs.

While the service at SubWay can be great, you can also get some lack luster service. The store is usually clean, but there are moments that is less than. The main problem with this Subway is how they struggle to stock their products. Often times, and especially so on Thursdays, they will be out of a number of toppings, such as pickles, cheese, and sometimes even some of their meats. Other than that, I find it totally acceptable.Also, they didn't cut my sub. At all. Like, it's still one peice of bread with meat and sauce. Come on.

Nothing against the workers they were fine. The low rating is due to the restaurant always being out of ingredients. Currently out of bacon for a few weeks now. Tried ordering the little Italy but they didn’t have all the stuff for it so tried ordering the brisket sub and couldn’t make that either. If your going to launch a new menu make sure all the ingredients are in stock… probably won’t be going back. Place has been going down hill for almost a year now. Also every time my boyfriend went to place an order either on the app or in person they have been out of the ingredients to make that sub each time for prob 6 months so this is nothing new.

Horrible restaurant and staff. Don’t even offer veggie Patties. I have to drive all the way to Grande Prairie for something they should stock normally.
