Needed a good inexpensive replacement for a dropped phone. Found a nice secondhand Samsung here for a reasonable price.At the same time, also found good replacement case for another phone and got protective glass installed/replaced.The gentleman there was nice and gave us a little discount when we asked. Thanks.It was more expensive than buying online, but I much prefer to do business face to face, and not have to wait for things to get delivered. And then if things go wrong, online shopping can be a huge hassle.

I brought my phone in to have the motherboard replaced. This took longer than promised, and when I received the phone back, the camera was no longer working. I have called back twice and have been told I'd hear back within the next few minutes. I no longer have a working camera for my Google Pixel 4XL. I am disappointed both in the service here and in the poor communication.

Paid $60 after tax for a screen protector and and a hard plastic case. I don't know what I was thinking but in retrospect I'm shocked they'd charge that much. It's robbery. If you look at any of their 5 star reviews they'll be from people with 2 or 3 reviews ever on Google (fake). Look at the 1 or 2 star and they're real people with 10+ reviews

So great! I dropped off my iPhone (cracked screen) and it was fixed within 30 minutes. They were so kind and even gave me a discount on the repair and the new case and screen cover I got! They put on the screen cover perfectly and it feels just as good as my iPhone screen (maybe even better). Great service and quality products. Highly recommend!

Guy inside was super friendly, but price for a screen protector was pretty high, and cracked within a week. Most all of the accessories are what’d you’d find off AliExpress, which isn’t really an issue except you’re paying double the price.All his most recent reviews are fake which isn’t a great sign.Can’t speak to their repair services, but I’d steer clear of the accessories. I’d recommend crystal mall for everything they sell at a much more reasonable price.
