My wife loves their pottery! We moved to California, and more than a year or two later, one of our mugs was accidentally chipped by a visiting guest. I contacted Dotti Potts through email requesting if they could match a picture I sent, and if they could ship it to me in the US.They bent over backwards to help me surprise my wife with a replacement mug! My husband and I bought some mugs and small bowls from the slate collection for each other for Christmas. They are exquisite in form and function. They are understated yet stand out at the same time. A bonus is that we can reheat our coffee in these mugs without the porcelain becoming overheated. We are exremely happy with the exceptional quality of our purchases and look forward to acquiring more pieces in the future! Thank you so very much!
