Cloverdale Siding & Renovations

Its been over 8 months since Steve at Cloverdale Siding provided a quote for a small repair and siding replacement job on our house. He said it would be done within a few weeks and would only take a few days to complete. He even scheduled the job one day, showed up on site and had his tools and everything set up and ready to go, but realized he hadn’t arranged to source the siding product, so he packed up and left an hour later. He strung us along after that for months and months, making lame excuses at each turn, about waiting for siding product and how busy he was. Never once did he turn down the job…he just kept telling me it would be a little longer. At every turn, I was extremely kind and respectful of his time and his schedule. I understand that contractors can get busy and so I took special care to be grateful for his attention. Now it’s crunch time and we need the job done within the next month in preparation for the sale of our house. So I communicated that to him, and now he says he can’t do it and told me to find someone else. He showed zero concern for our situation. To say we are disappointed with his professionalism and lack of respect for our us (our time, stress and our situation) would be an understatement. Don’t rely on a commitment from this contractor. It’s likely he won’t follow through. And probably more infuriating…that he won’t care that he didn’t.

I had Cloverdale Siding and Renovations re-do all of the siding and soffits on my home and shed this month. Steve and Curtis did an amazing job. From initial contact right to the completion of the job, they were very quick to respond, efficient and professional. Their workmanship is top notch and they were very knowledgeable and were able to suggest small changes from what I had initially asked for that made the transformation ever better than I could have imagined! I highly recommend Cloverdale Siding!

Steve did great work, his suggestions were quite helpful and improved to look and finish. Would recommend him to anybody looking to have the siding and finishing addressed.Thank you Steve!
