Eric Steinbach is a consummate professional! He sold my home and helped me find another. He offered good advice about the sale price and the sale was completed successfully in a few days. I then had 3 months to find another home. He was patient and showed me a wide range of different homes. He never tried to rush me into buying anything . When I was unsure, he advised me to look some more. I finally found the ideal house and he undertook the successful negotiations.
