Outstanding care and attention. Tracy did not have the item available that we needed but she went way beyond the expected by tracking it down for us and getting us in contact with someone who did have it. Excellent service. She fixed a walker that i told her a wheel had fallen off. After that, she noticed another wheel was making a clicking sound.. the bearings on 2 wheels were hooped! All fixed at reasonable price! Little walker will be used only for Canada trips. 6 inch wheels do not work in Mexico where nothing is level! EXCELLENT STORE!!I'd I didn't already have so ,any walkers (inherited) Iwould buy my from them! Excellent and honest!!

Life Support in Parksville has always been there for us, always helpful, supporting, respectful and kind. Our latest problem was a battery problem with my Dad's scooter and the owner was there immediately and corrected things when I didn't know what I was going to do at that point. I very much recommend them. Awesome company.

Spoke with Tracy on the phone today with my dad, she did everything in her power to assist us and give us the information we needed. She went above and beyond on the call, she introduced herself and was very polite and caring. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

My grandmother has a product from them that's still under warranty and they are refusing too repair the product trying to make her pay for it. She has cancer and can't walk so she uses this product to get around and now she's stuck not being able to move or get around to do the things she needs too. Terrible service in my opinion a scam. Would give no star if possible.
