Bought my first car here, Ford Escape. The sales person was welcoming and walked me through all the details. They took my calls afterwards and answered my endless questions! I went back in a second time with an appointment and made the purchase. After many trips to dealerships, this is the first one that I felt was reasonable, transparent, and provided me with everything I needed to know about the cars history. Their follow ups and service is extraordinary - they even recommended other shops for me for any car needs. You won’t need to go anywhere else!! SUPER happy with my experience

Edit: Vehicle has cost over $10 000 in repairs! Several repairs of which were done by Kahlil's 'mechanics'. As I have proof in text as to him saying the parts were replaced....neglected to say they were after market parts, that wouldn't fit properly, so pieces were scabbed together to temporarily make work.Zero stars would definitely be suitable for them. Every poor review is probably just tip of ice berg for these poor customers. Not once in several months was there proper or any communication. Not once was the van brought on day should have been, typically days later. After receiving van has gone back 2x and still engine light coming on, now without a reply from kahlil, but shows read messages.Even gave breakdown of codes from my mechanic. Couple fixes that ARZ had done. But clearly trying to do bare minimum. Very deceitful and I’d advise anyone to be very wary, as I should’ve read the warning signs. Currently paid almost $2000 more to my mechanic and potential to be more. Oh, and it was purchased December 29th (less than 30days ago) and I’ve had it a total of maybe 5 days, and only been able to use it once.You be the judgeI’m truly not out to hurt any business, but was just looking for some honesty and reliability, as I have a business to run. I hope this may open some eyes and bring some integrity.

I have a bad experience with these guys. I bought a car from them that was missing a door panel. I was told that they ordered it from the dealership and it would take about two weeks to come. After two weeks the part was still not there. They kept delaying untill now they don't even answer my calls.
