Great experience! Recently started running regularly and inevitably needed to replace my old shoes.Debbie was very knowledgeable about their products and helped me determine the perfect fitting shoes.Thanks a bunch!

My mom went to this location today super excited for buying new running shoes for an upcoming race and the woman working was extremely rude to her. She first asked my mom what sports she used" to play and then proceeded to tell her that her ankles are incredibly weak. Even if her ankles are "weak" she could have said it in a nicer way with solutions rather than being demeaning. She then asked my mom why she is getting the shoes she is getting (after saying how ugly the colour she picked out is). My mom explained that she is training for a marathon and the woman said "oh so you must be walking it then?" while looking her up and down. My mom then came out extremely hurt over these comments and I sure pray nobody else has to go through this because this is extremely damaging. The woman working had a tattooed ring and appeared to be in her 50s. She should note that these comments and attitudes can negatively impact peoples self esteem

Was here today with my wife, and was about to buy the on cloudgo when the sales lady in the store rudely told us to “respect her work space” as we were checking out the shoe wall. We get that that space is small, but how are we supposed to look at the shoes? Considering there was only one other customer that time lolKudos to the guy sales associate though as he was nice and accommodating. Too bad we bought at sportchek instead, better customer service from their floor manager considering how busy it was.Running room-Glenmore landing had better customer service.

Easy question : do you have this size ?I don't think so.... (still thinking)What does mean ? Sorry to disturb...She doesn't want take a look ...If you don't go to check... the answer is no.Anyway I use to buy here, now it's gonna be trough the web site of my brand. Done!

Went into this store and the sales associate kept tidying up all the men's pants we were touching. She couldn't wait even 5 seconds until we were done and even extended her arm across me just to reach towards the pants I set aside. I told her, I'm still deciding on it" and she said "Coz you just shoved it in there". I simply replied

I had 2 excellent experiences, both with different sales people. I sure wish I could remember names! Bought Hoka runners, and they were super helpful with my choice. Great service and prices.

I was there on May 19,2023 between 12:00 noon and 1pm. I went in to find a specific shoes with my two young kids. One of my kids picked up a shoe to see, and theism lady that works there, not sure if she is the manager, she told my kid not to touch the shoes and to only look at them. I was shocked, the tone of her voice was rude. I could tell she didn't want us there. So I told her that how my kid can't touch a shoes when we were there to buy one. After trying on the specific shoes I came for, she told my kid again not to touch the shoes. I then told her that I did not like her aprouch and she was rude. She said, well

Went there twice and both times walked out. First time, the ladies did not even acknowledge us and could care less about helping us. Second time, I wanted to try on some shoes and the older lady said “do not touch the shoes. Tell me which size you need. You also cannot try them without socks. I will get you socks” sure here i am thinking ok rude but whatever i waited till she got the shoes and she goes looking for socks. She goes through some things and grabs these gross used crusty socks! And she did not see anything wrong with that. Very unhygienic and just rude. If you are that miserable at a job that you need to take it out to the customers, why even work there. We walked out and for sure will definitely never shop at this location again.

My friend and I went there and had a great experience. PJ was awesome and extremely helpful helping us find the perfect shoe. She was very meticulous and brought many options to choose from. Thanks PJ:)
