Life Balance Counselling
Kind, compassionate and willing to work outside the traditional box of therapy. Makes you feel heard and understood. Easy to talk to and non judgmental. Helps you find your potential and works at a pace that is safe for you. Doesn't push you to your breaking point like others.

Life Balance Counselling
Having never met me befor. Without taking any history. In less than 20 min she leveled 2 abusive opinions at me. By the 40 min mark had also actively argued with me on 2 more points that that she could not possibly have any insite on. The last one was so emotionally abusive that if it had taken place 3 months earlier I would have been considering suicide. Use at own risk. Has also refused to have any follow up conversation to address her conduct. Am filing a formal complaint.
