Bought a pair of Holbrooks that showed signs of damage within an hour of purchase potentially due to faulty product. Melisa and her coworker were very understanding and offered a replacement quickly after inspection. Great customer service experience from start to finish.

After eye surgery, I found myself in need of a good pair of sunglasses. Keana was outstanding in helping both my husband and I find a pair of glasses we absolutely love. She has the uncanny ability to find the PERFECT pair to fit your face and your individual needs. Couldn't be happier with our purchase or our customer service. Above and beyond in all respects. I find the staff here SO helpful! I never like glasses on me, but they always seem to find me the perfect pair! Always a great experience, and the warranty they offer on glasses actually makes sense and seems worth it.

Being a store strictly dedicated to sunglasses, I expected there to be a little more range of selection in terms of pricing. I didn't want to spend more than $200 with taxes, which isn't nothing, and selection was far and few. I ended up going to a glasses shop in Cambridge and found a pair of polarized sunglasses that I love for $180 taxes in!
