Nice place to have fund with kids over 6. Recently visited with 10 kids. All the kids had a great fun. Surprised to see for the advertised $17 ticket you have to pay $21.

Absolutely ridiculous. First off the staff is bloody rude. Went for father's day with my boyfriend and toddler. On the site it say AT PRICES children are free. TURNS OUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM IF ITS NOT AT A CERTAIN TIME and it you don't know that intill u go there or go all the way to the mom and tat section!. And I went to ask an employee why and called her out on it she told me I shouldn't have been lazy and should of read the whole site... im sorry who in the right mind talks to a paying customer. Do not recommend go to any other air park cause staff and managers don't care about you.

I have been there 2 times with my kids. First time.e they had closed foam cubes section completely and the wall climbing and pillar climbing activity was open for a short period. Had to spend for 30 min in the queue out of 1 hour slot. Second time we went there, they told that wall climbing and pillar climbing activity section was closed. BUT THAT WAS AFTER THEY SOLD ME THE TICKET. They were not ready for a refund. Upon arguing the lady agreed to open that section. We wasted 10 min out of 60 min. This is not ethical to charge full ticket for partial services and not to inform in advance, and then not to agree for refund.

Place is fine. Customer service is awful. Hiding behind the vail of policy and not understanding or willing to accommodate when things are outside of someone’s control. You can preach policy all you want but if you’re not willing to be sympathetic and work with customers then the policy and more importantly the customer service element needs to be addressed.

My girlfriend's brother and his wife booked their son's birthday party here. From the moment we stepped inside, I was absolutely appalled! Management had too many people for what their license allows and at least 2 dozen health code violations. I feel as though 1 star was too generous but alas I had to give something in order to proceed with my review

Had my 8 year olds birthday…. Got the package with food and drinks and cake. It was terrible, terrible service, quality and quantity of items was bad and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The kids had fun but it’s seriously not worth it. If I were to do it again I’d just pay the surcharge and bring my own stuff.

As parents we had a terrible experience here. Parents were not allowed to walk inside the area to supervise their children unless they paid the full admission and sock price. Staff were very rude and disinterested in providing any customer service. When you book a birthday party they have very limited options and don't care about food allergies. We brought in our own food to accommodate kids dietary needs and were charged $25 to bring in the food. The food was delivered at 1155 our room time was at noon and the very rude staff was snarky and said we could not have the room until kids were done jumping. I said we understood that but just wanted a place to.put it and set up as they were almost done. We were kicked out of the party room and had to do presents sitting in the hallway. Kids had a great time but we will never do this again as it was very expensive and the customer service was horrendous. Don't waste your money here.

We celebrated our birthday, we got a very tiiiiiny room for the party! The children couldn't even sit down normally! And adults couldn't go through to bring the cake. Disgusting! For a lot of money, you get bad service. We've been there many times, but it was the last one. Below is a photo of the room for 11!!! Children. If you decide to celebrate your child's birthday there, ask for a good room from the very beginning. But don’t waste your money there!!!
