The people that work the night shift here are AWESOME! When I get food here in the evening it's always hot, fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the day shift. When I come here during the day, it always seems to be thrown together or even completely wrong. The eggs on my breakfast sandwiches were undercooked, and the one even had a LARGE chunk of the eggshell in it; it was roughly the size of a quarter, which would be impossible to miss, which leads me to believe that this individual either did not care, or did it on purpose. I choose to believe it was negligence, but this is unacceptable and a serious foodsafe violation. I ended up accidentally eating some of the eggshell which is why the piece is smaller in the picture

I do not think we have ever dined in but can tell you drive the through experience is all good. They tend to push coffee on all our orders but thats management im sure. All i have ever ordered here is the all Canadian breakfast and the buddy burgers. Both are most excellent and full of grease and i dont care. Its not an every day occurrence of saturated fat to my body's internal organs so I just focus on the positive. Don’t know what that is yet but that’s what they say to do. With saying that , im still not impressed that the prices for the all Canadian went up. Roughly about 2.00 in the last year to be more precise. A&W doesn’t have a lot of coupons so it is what it is. I will say this though. They still make an amazing root beer.

Absolutely brilliant. Toilets are spotless and for a returning Canadian, this restaurant was a godsend. The staff where awesome and very friendly. The restaurant itself was totally spotless, and had plenty of seating. Nothing better than haveing a ice cold root beer in a frozen glass. Also they used the correct size coffee mugs.

For some reason this location only does not know how to do the beyond meat burger. I asked for it well done the last time and it was not. Everytime it is a soggy gross mess and that is not even edible. Not sure why specifically this location cant get it right.

Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Food was served quickly and good quality. Not too busy for breakfast with lots of seating. Recommend for breakfast.

This is an amazing model A&W location. The food tastes better and fresher than other locations I have tried. They even have free root beer lollipops which I haven't seen at other places. The onion rings were large, crispy, and delicious. The chicken was juicy in the chicken wrap and delicious :)

Much better then the sumas store. Heat is at a normal temperature , the dishes and tables are clean . The breakfast was excellent.Well spoke to soon the heat has been turned up to bake the customers not sure why Asian run restaurants need to be so warm.

Stopped here for a take out on the way back to Vancouver from Penticton.The food and service was good but the icing on the cake is the view of Mt. Baker from the front of the restaurant!
