Ruby Tattoo Studio

I had such a wonderful experience at Ruby Tattoo Studio! I chose Purtalic (Lahncey) as my artist, and they are BEYOND talented. Everyone there was very kind, and the environment is welcoming and cozy. I'll be going back soon, for sure! :)

I was looking to get my first sleeve done this year and Danielle O came highly recommended. I looked through her portfolio and loved her art. Speaking to her via email she was so sweet and stoked about my idea and very accommodating because I live really far away so scheduling is a bit tough. I gave her a few reference photos for ideas and when I arrived the drawing she had done up was PERFECT. Like, better than I could have ever imagined. She was so professional, kind and accommodating I felt immediately at ease around her. The tattoo turned out incredible! The sleeve is not quite finished yet and I’m already thinking about the next tattoos I’d like to get from her… highly recommend!

Healed pic of my squirrel king from Danielle! I got this tattoo on a whim back in the summer, and was so happy with how stoked she was do it. Danielle has been nothing but kind, accommodating, and informative every time I’ve had to deal with her. I’ve got another piece booked for March and I can’t wait!! This is my second piece from her and I’m so impressed with the line work and how well they’ve healed and kept up. I also love how much personality and care Danielle puts into her work and how excited she gets for her clients. If you’re looking for a new artist and want beautiful artwork and a super kind artist look no further :)

I haven’t had a tattoo since I was 16 years old, and now at 32 I decided I wanted something special in honour of my family. Aruna was my artist, and she was so lovely! Supremely talented, kind, welcoming and downright amazing. I had the BEST experience, and I recommend Aruna and Ruby Tattoo Studio to everyone. Stunning business, extremely clean, and very friendly staff. Comfortable, amazing and all-around perfect experience today. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back again for another piece.

While I haven’t had the pleasure getting work done here, I work 2 doors down and I see all the staff multiple times a day. I also walk by daily and the space has such a welcoming atmosphere to it. Everyone I have met have been friendly and outgoing. As business neighbours they are wonderful people and anyone going for tattoo work will be well taken care of in a clean and beautiful space!

I truly have never gone to a tattoo shop where I feel more comfortable. Ruby Tattoo is such a welcoming and open environment - I will forever be going here for tattoos. I’ve been tattooed by Rachel, Aruna, and Danielle - all of them are amazing. I’ve recommended this shop to multiple friends and family and I will continue doing so. This is by far the best place in Barrie to go if you are looking for an artist who will work with you and make sure you have a tattoo that you will love forever.

Had the pleasure of getting my first tattoo completed by Deanna who has also tattoed my wife. Absolutely love her artwork and she made the whole experience especially for a first timer very enjoyable. The studio is an incredibly clean and fun atmosphere. Deanna communicated promptly by email and supported me from my initial request, to allowing changes and making recommendations leading up to my appointment. During the appointment she was fun and accommodating, making several stencils to assist me with deciding on placement which was much appreciated. Thanks for the amazing tattoo!

The shop is extremely clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. Check-in is a breeze, my artist is always professional and I trust them completely with my safety when it comes to being tattooed. Definitely check out their Instagram to see the talented artists they have working at the studio.

My tattoo artist was Rachel and she was absolutely amazing! I love the entire vibe that Ruby tattoo studio has. It feels safe and clean and welcoming. Rachel was awesome at communicating and making sure I was happy with the design, and although it's still healing I am in love with my tattoo. I would highly recommend checking them out !
