I LOVE this florist and will only use them and this Oxford St. location for all my London, Ontario orders. I have ordered multiple arrangements from here and have never been disappointed. Excellent service, beautiful flowers, and very caring staff. Jolene is fantastic and pays incredible attention to detail. Molly has been gracious and kind over the phone. Very clean, bright shop. Got a last-minute succulent plant for a friend. The lady was really nice and helpful. She wrapped the plant with such care and it looked so pretty wrapped up. I wish I needed more flowers bc the fridge was stocked with so many pretty flowers. I recommend going here.

Absolutely delighted with Jolene and the store she manages. As a repeat and loyal customer, I can say this is the best place to go. Best quality flowers and friendly customer service every time. You truly feel appreciated and especially dealing with Jolene, you will feel taken care of. Just last week, called the store, Jolene was great at walking me through the options and got it delivered for my moms birthday - made her day! If you’re looking for the BEST, this is it!!!

We started using this shop shortly after moving to London a few years ago and the service and gorgeous arrangements are amazing. The owner, Jolene, provides friendly, prompt, courteous service. The web site is also excellent and to top it off, the actual arrangements are always better than the sample photo on the site.

Molly helped me out a few weeks ago with a last minute wedding addition. I can tell you, I absolutely went in there with zero direction and she totally took the wheel. These flowers were for the wedding cake and within 15 minutes she had me on my way with a plan on how to dress this dessert! I really appreciated her help and warm demeanor, you definitely have a gem of an employee on your hands.

We had a wonderful experience with Forest of Flowers for our wedding. I sent pictures of what I wanted and everything was perfect. The set up was done early so I was able to continue decorating the morning of the wedding. We will for sure use them again!
