Brought in my bike riding boots, they needed to be shined up due to some blemishes. Jordan was up to the challenge and did an amazing job. He was also very informative on the process and how to maintain the boots going forward. Do NOT hesitate to contact them for any shoe/boot needs. I won't hesitate to refer and use these guys again. I received great service here. I was looking to replace my broken sandals. Kyle helped me out, and he was so patient. The store was quite busy and after fetching many pairs of sandals, inserting my orthotics, and an extra insole, Kyle found the perfect match for me! So perfect in fact, that I purchased 2 pair!

Jordan and the other staff are really amazing! I brought my work boots in to get it lifted and a roller made. Already a challenge and then German shoes and the German expectations were great. So Jordan did my shoes and they are perfect. Not too long after I had to come back in to get the front of my shoe fixed because the glue came off. They all were super happy to see me and to fix things for me. And then today I had to get the middle fixed. No charge from both repairs. Only friendly staff and very helpful. Jordan excepted the challenge to learn more about why my bottom of the shoes would come off.Can say that I am super happy with their work. Even if things had to get fixed twice.

Amazing place, super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. got the New Balance 928V3, and they are very comfortable. This is the best place in Lethbridge to buy a day to day, walking, office, or hiking shoe. Thank you, Ryan, Tim, and Kyle!

Charged $70.00 to polish a pair of shoes. They did not do as they said they would nor do what I paid for. Will never go back

We visited this store for the first time last week. I agree with what other reviewers have said but have an experience I think must be shared.An elderly gentleman came in during our visit asking to buy a new pair of shoes. The clerk, confused asked why because he had just bought a new pair the month prior. He explained that they felt tight and were rubbing. The clerk could have sold him a new pair on the spot and made another couple hundred dollars off another sale. Instead she asked if he could put his shoes on the stretcher for several minutes and that would cost him nothing. He complied. As he put his newly stretched shoes back on he asked to purchase a new pair of insoles, she gently reminded him his were brand new and that would be unnecessary. The integrity and respect this clerk showed to a confused elderly customer was remarkable and heart warming.

I went to 5 different shoe stores before I came to Shoe Solution’s.at these other places I was lucky if I could find someone to answer my questions…let alone find someone that had a clue what they were talking about, or have them disappear to serve someone else. The customer service at Shoe Solutions is phenomenal!!! Ryan made me feel comfortable and looked after, and his knowledge and customer service was amazing. I’d drive across the province just for the service alone. Thank you for the service, and the shoes!
