Surprise Nails

It was my first time there, cuch a beautiful and relaxing environment and the staff so friendly.I told my sister about it and the second time we went together and she felt the same. If you're looking a place to have beautiful nails and at the same time a relaxing time then my recommendation would be Surprise Nails!!☺️

This place used to be good but it went down the drain. I called on Tuesday asking for an appointment for tomorrow (naturally Wednesday comes after Tuesday) I come and they have be down for Thursday. Never did I utter the word thursday.Another time my sister had an appointment at 10:00am and we waited outside till 10:30 but no one came or picked up our calls. This is a repeated problem…I used to come here all the time and thought I’d give it one more chance but just DON’T come here..can’t even make or keep an appointment correctly.

Went for my first pedicure and will definitely be back. Service was excellent and the staff was so friendly.

Very nice salon, the ladies were very sweet and did a great job with my nails. I work in construction and a lot of the time my acrylics will break after a week but I've been going for almost 3 weeks now and they're not even lifting or anything! Highly recommend

The ladies at Surprise Nails are always so kind and attentive. I go for a pedicure regularly and they’re very clean and do my nails perfectly. My shellac never chips and always stays until my next appointment.

I went for a meni pedi today to the salon. I read excellent reviews online and thought that this was an amazing place to go. The lady working on my nails cut them too short and slanted. When I told her that the nails didn't look straight, she started saying that my nails & feet were crooked. I asked for nail colors and was presented three giant selections to choose from. The four colors that I picked weren't available. I wonder why would you even show your customers items that you don't carry. I showed the lady a picture of the length of nails I wanted and she started saying that I wouldn't like them. It was my first time visiting so not sure how she knew what I liked or not. When doing my hand nails, she didn't bother to clean up the cuticles. Instead she just used the electronic buffer to go from my nails on to my skin and left various places where my skin was hanging out for me to come home & clip. Such a horrible place and customer service was terrible. I would give it a negative rating if I could.

I used to come here during all of spring and summer, every 2-3 weeks (taking a break now) for a shellac mani & pedi. Kelly always did my nails with care and efficiency. All the staff in the store are friendly too. Hugo is also a nice addition :)

Had an amazing experience with Jerica! My powder nails were so hard to take off but she was so patient and i loved my shape and her work! Definitely recommend!
