Highly recommend Black’s for all your photography needs! I needed photos for my wedding and ordered a week before my big day (procrastination at its finest). They were able to put in a rush order for me and I received everything with days to spare! The photos were in great quality, everything was well protected in the hefty envelope. Customer service was top notch, thank you Gabriel for your help!

I’ve always loved blacks. Great prints at a great price. My only criticism is the website. It’s very difficult to use. With a proper, user friendly website they would be absolutely perfect in my book.

I ordered a print on their website thinking it was a printed on metallic board but it was actually on paper with metallic reflect, the website is poorly done and it is very easy to order the wrong thing. However, the large print I received was completely blurry, at the checkout when I ordered I SPECIFIED in the notes that I didn’t want it blurry and to tell me if everything was ok. They did not read the note at all and sent me an horrible large and blurry poster. I called them to explain the situation and asked for a refund, they told me to email them, which I did. I received an answer telling me that I should expect a refund in maximum 2 weeks or so. It has now been 2 months I’ve been waiting for my 200$ refund and I received today an answer telling me it wasnt their fault and that they wont refund me ????? Also, I sent them an email each weeks for 2 months and they kept asking me for my order number and what was going like if they didnt kept track of the situation at all. This is the first time im experiencing such a bad customer service. Please DO NOT BUY THERE they will STEAL YOUR MONEY and send you horrible quality prints.

I ordered 800+ 4X6 prints and they were printed awesomely. Very happy with the speed of service.

I ordered a metal ornament with my family photo on it. It had a very noticeable white blotch on my father-in-law's face. I emailed Black's about the defect, especially since the gift was for my in-laws. They've ignored me. I planned to buy more of these ornaments for other family members, but will be seeking it somewhere else.

Had a picture printed and framed by them. Cropping was wrong. The solution: destroy the picture and send them proof and they’ll make a refund. No attempt to re-print. Moody customer service. Won’t use their service again.
