My dog gives this place 4 paws up. There are walks, supervised play areas, and plenty of love from the top-notch staff. You can even book a bath (for your dog) on the day you're picking up your pooch. Book early, they're often full on long weekends. :-)

Have been going to Eagle Lake Boarding for years now. They are a little out of the way to get to, but its very spacious and maintained. Kennels are very well sized for all dog sizes. Numerous high fenced outdoor play areas. Staff are super friendly and well trained. My dog is always well taken care of and is super excited when we get near. Highly recommended.

Kim and her staff are fantastic. We have used them 4-5 times now and our dog loves it. They care for all the dogs like they are their own. Give the dogs lots of exercise too!

Eagle Lake is hands down the best dog kennel out there. Kim, Danny and all the staff treat every single dog as if it was their own.There is a building for small dogs and a building for Medium-Large dogs. They always keep the kennels and yards very clean and have multiple huge spacious yards suitable for all dogs. My dogs always have so much fun coming to Eagle Lake that I even had the pleasure of volunteering at Eagle Lake and saw first hand how hard Kim and her crew work on cleaning the kennels, walking the dogs, cleaning the kennels and most importantly giving attention to the dogs when owners are away. They will help dogs with training and your dog and you will be happy you came!We wouldn’t trust our dogs going to any other kennel if need be!

Brought our two dogs here so we could do some sight seeing in Drumheller. We were a bit scared because one of our dogs is very nervous around strangers, but the staff handled her like a dream. Dogs came back tired and happy at the end of the day, which made the rest of our trip and sleeping in the camper a dream. Thank you for making our first experience with doggy daycare great!

I’ve boarded my dog here twice now and will continue to use their services. They are professional and reasonably priced, highly recommended. I know that my little guy will be looked after well.

We needed boarding for our 12 month old 80lb Wirehaired Pointed at the last minute on Family Day weekend 2020 and our regular kennel was booked. We read the reviews on Eagle Lake and decided it sounded great. When we dropped him off we discussed with them that he was very high energy. They said - no problem, we'll tire him out. Over the weekend we watched the videos posted on Facebook and it looked like he - and all the dogs - were having a great time. We were shocked then when the owner Kim Mantai went off on us a pick up. She called our dog a beast and a maniac. She said that he had to be banned from group and didn't know how we could possibly handle him. To be fair he is very rambunctious and though he's 80 lbs he is still a puppy but; he's an inside dog who sleeps in our bed and follows our commands well and gets along with our son's two Rottweilers. We didn't really know what to say because we were so taken aback. She gave us the bill - raged on about our dogs bad behavior some more then we paid her and left. I went back on Facebook to see what I might have missed on the videos and it all looked so civilized. That's when I saw the post she made right after we left. I NEED TO WORK ON CONTROLLING THE LOOK ON MY FACE WHEN I'M LISTENING TO STUPID PEOPLE" To say we were insulted would be an understatement. Reading this stung like a slap in the face. From the videos and reviews I would have thought this place was a 5-star but this was my experience. I will never go back here and would never recommend them to anyone."
