My family has used Tracy as our veterinarian for years and now that I am on my own my pup Chaos is the second dog of mine personally Tracy has treated. She is compassionate and has very realistic outlook. I have never had to worry about waiting weeks for something important, when things come up she makes sure you get in to see her. She is kind and gentle with the animals and the most affordable vet in our area. Thanks so much for all that you have done for our family Tracy, as long as your doors are open we will continue to come !

I've always grown up with dogs (thus been to many vets) but absolutely no vet compares to Tracey! She really cares for the animals, and is not in it for the money. Couldn't be happier that we found Tracey!! :)

Absolutely horrible service! I’ve been a client here before, but due to my dog having not been there before they refused to help. A dog having seizures and basically paralyzed and the response was “we can’t help due to him not being a client. We also can’t give advice because he’s not a client”. By the time I was able to find a ride and get him to Kingston, he was extremely critical and had to be put down. A family member had to die because they refused to help. If he had received care right away the outcome would have been much different. It’s sad when a vet does not care about the animals enough to help.

Dr. Tracy is an amazing individual who cares more for her patients than the money. I've been going to her for many many years now. She always wants to find out the reason behind my animals being sick not just candy coat it with medications. The pricing is fair and she does not push shots or extra services on you during visits. If I could give more stars I would do so.

I would give less if I could. These people don't care about the animals they are in it for money period. They are dishonest and indirect I wouldn't trust them with a gerbil. Completely ignorant and arrogant and the customer service is comparable to stale margarine the receptionist sounds eager for retirement.

I have 3 dogs and a cat... I wouldn't go anywhere else. You can always get in quickly and they send reminders when appts or shots are due. My dog has gland problems and it is a messy job but they don't even charge for that. I considered a different vet when I heard the price of neutering but they pointed out this is major surgery so they are close and available any time if things go wrong plus the distance I would have driven. If they charge a little more, so be it... Had to go to emerg in Kingston for porcupine quills... $750.. now that is pricey LOL

Amazing staff!! Always a positive experience. They are genuinely concerned about our pets, knowledgeable, and pricing is fair. Definitely worth the drive. The location of the facility is very convenient for Gananoque, Lansdowne, and Kingston clients in addition to the broader rural communities.

They went beyond the call of duty when our fog hurt his back and ended up kn wheel chair. Phone calls daily check ups without charge and last min appts. They take excellent care if all 3 of our dogs. Plus previous dogs ant cats of the past

An amazing vet!!! Has always been there for me and my fur babies. I have always receive excellent care for my fur babies and today's visit was the same. I cannot say enough on how great Dr Decaire and her staff are!! Amazing!!! Thank you
