Took my car here for a tire patch. Everything was on time, the place was clean, and Susan-the receptionist- was a sweetheart. Definitely made my experience better.

My car started making a loud noise and rattle on Thursday night which was clearly an exhaust problem. It got worse the next morning and I decided to find somewhere to look at it. Trying to find a mechanic that had an open time slot on a Friday afternoon proved difficult. I called Midas and spoke to Susan. I asked how much it would cost to have a look and if they had an time to look at it. She told me to bring it in at 1 and it would be no charge (I am assuming because it was an external issue and just needed to be popped up on a hoist). I brought it in and I was diagnosed, fixed, and paid in less than an hour and a half. The mechanic took his time and took it for a test drive before and after to ensure it was fixed properly. I was also orginally quoted a longer wait time and they even were going to set me up with a loaner so I did not have to sit there and wait but it ended up not being needed as they were super quick (which works out for me as it was cheaper than orginally thought). Super happy all around! Definitely will bring my car back if I need to in the future.

I've been to the Brantford Midas multiple times for general maintenance and for unexpected repairs. They've always provided good honest service and always try to fit me in if there's an urgent issue. I highly recommend this place for auto service.

They were very friendly and didn’t talk in technical terms that people wouldn’t understand. Got everything I needed done and kept it under $500. The free inspection is always a life saver!

I was at this location this week for an oil change. Something that should take 20min took almost 2 HOURS. They did a drive test before the oil change which I didn’t particularly like because I didn’t ask for it and I don’t see it as necessary for just an oil change. Especially when they take my car out of sight. It was about a hour before they actually started my oil change. I had full view of my car the entire time, the shop wasn’t busy. They were looking for something wrong with my car when there WASN’T. They quoted me for a front wheel bearing at $430. I went to get a second opinion elsewhere and they told me NOTHING was wrong and it just needed tightening which they did on the spot free of charge. We are all going through a difficult time with how expensive everything is. I went to Midas because it was the cheapest oil change in town at $50 with a coupon but they tried to gouge me for an EXTRA $430. I will not be returning and extremely encourage that nobody does either.

Walked in early AM looking to get an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment, they weren’t busy so Susan at the front desk was very nice and was able to get me in. Originally this was a 5 star review, but I’ve got to edit it down as the tech who did the oil change didn’t torque the drain bolt to spec and the crush washer was forgotten. I returned to explain the situation and Susan was again extremely nice and helpful and they stood behind their workmanship by ordering a new drain bolt/washer and redoing the oil change at no extra cost.

I went with the shop on a whim one day and am I ever glad I did so, not only have they been the best shop I've managed to find, as I have a delivery company with many vehicles so we constantly need repairs, they have always made time as busy as they are to fix our vans properly and in a timely manner. Very professional shop. Very straightforward, more than impressed with the service we received and the transparency throughout every job they've done for us. Not to mention Susan who is an absolutely great woman, kind and friendly and deal with. Would recommend to anybody in the Branford or surrounding area!!

We got 2 tires purchased and installed by Midas as per their recommendation.After few days, I realized that both the tires were not up to my expectations. Contacted the manager and she replaced with new ones.Thank you.

EXCELLENT mechanics! I take my family vehicles here everytime. I had their work double checked by my old mechanic when I moved from Hamilton to Brantford. I can honestly say they do great work.They are locally owned and operated. I like taking my car to a place that comes from and invests in the community.Highly recommend!

Had my 2013 Mazda 3 brakes checked today and they did a great job checking the car very detailed. The receptionist Susan is very friendly and does an amazing job helping the customers when they come in. I highly recommend coming here and will for sure be back to have the repairs done on my car!
