There are so few of these cabs in london that it takes upwards of 20 minutes sometimes.

My mom ordered a car an hour ahead of time. Cab arrived on time but the car's transmission broke down. They had to wait 20 mins for the next car. In spite of having 45 minutes to take a 20 minute trip, she missed her bus. For the convenience, she paid for the cab and had to get a second bus ticket. They even gave my 73 year old mother the opportunity to wait at the bus terminal for 4 hours for the next bus.I've gotta say that for such a small taxi company, they sure have a lot of different addresses...
