Float Pod Spa

I have had a membership here for years. The number of scented products used has been steadily increasing. There was supposedly a note on my file that I need the farthest room from the lobby because of a scent allergy. Today I was told there was no note on my file and they can add one, then told told it's first come first served even though i had booked that room on their online system. Manager directly contradicted herself saying she could add a note but then saying a note would not do any good, then suggested scent allergies are not real and told me there is no way to book ahead to avoid the lobby's scent overload. The amount of scent used in this place is literally painful to anyone with a scent sensitivity. I have been told repeatedly they will work with me as I go there for chronic pain but the next time I go there's no note" on my file. They are not interested in business from people with allergies."

My girlfriend booked the couples pod a few weeks back and we were very excited to have a fun date night. Everything started off nicely as it was our first time, not knowing what to expect, but once we were in the water it quickly went down hill from there. The water was so warm to the point where we both had to get out multiple times to cool off in the shower. The sounds quickly got annoying after being on loop, but even with the lowest sound volume it could go, you could still hear them. We really wanted to enjoy our night and didn't want to post a bad review, but when we got out, the attendant was nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, we left disappointed.

I have a very recent and significant joint injury that is causing alot of pain. I went for a float with my wife in the 2 person tub to try and get some relief. The pain and swelling were notably better after floating for an hour. I generally felt relaxed and at ease after my float.

Very clean environment & friendly staff. Was super relaxing and I could feel the tension in my neck & shoulders dissipating by the end of my hour, it went by fast!

Lovely place. Very clean and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The float it self is very relaxing and calming. Definitely worth a try. The single pods are huge- you can pretty much stand up in them when the lid is closed which I know would be helpful to anyone who has issues with confined spaces. Double pod is open and huge, like a big hot tub!

Friendly, professional staff. Great idea for an hour of silent meditation or a pleasant, floaty nap. Sessions are a great gift idea for the health conscious or the supermom who needs a break.

Tried it for the first time, when I hurt my back. It felt amazing just floating with no pain, and able to relax and rest for a little bit.

The staff is wonderful! Very polite and offers great customer service.The float itself was relaxing and refreshing. It was exactly what we wanted.Everything about this place is perfect except for the price. It's too pricey to come for regular floats, so we only go a few times per year. If the price was less we would go more often.I still rate it 5/5. The experience leaves you feeling rejuvenated and wanting more.

Beautiful, clean location. Well organized.I completed a 60 min float.As a first time, there were a few things I noticed that weren't shared. Bring the face cloth close by while you're in the pod - this way if you need to wipe your eyes, it's there.I was in room #1 and the pod itself didn't want to stay open, it would start closing on me after I tried to keep it open; but it was fine. I wasn't stuck or anything, could still leave a crack open but just couldn't fully open the pod. I would have thought there'd have been more water in the pods but what was in there did the trick...I floated.I opted to not have sound or lights stay on ...but probably should have. The panic button light was a distraction since it broke the complete darkness. Also the shampoo and conditioner provided kind of smells like alcohol. Next time (cause yes I will go back again) I'll keep lights on, and sounds on, and bring my own hair products.Overall the whole experience was fantastic. My above comments are simply facts about my particular situation and the pod/room I was in.The float experience was wonderful. If you enjoy water and love salt water, then this is must!! My skin feels smooth and super soft.There's an option to hang out and relax in a room afterwards if you still need extra time. There's also a warm room, with a huge mirror and access to hairdryers.Staff are very polite and very helpful.

Such a lovely place! So relaxing, calm and clean. I love that they provide all the things you need to have a great float. I love, even more, that the couple who create and star in the orientation video are the same people you see when you come into the center, it's comforting to see that they have a passion for what they do and I think it makes for a more personal experience. Would definitely recommend!
