He was on-time, efficient and incredibly clean with the project site throughout the build. The quality of the work was exceptional - the deck and pergola he built for us is absolutely beautiful and we look forward to enjoying it for many years. Andrew did a great job on my deck repair. He had to replace all of the facia which had pulled away from the deck, repair all of the stairs, and secure a number of boards. He started early each day as he had promised, worked all day, every day, and the result was great. Some additional repairs were required over and above what was originally quoted, but the increased costs were very reasonable.I would highly recommend Andrew whether you are getting new deck (as Andrew did for my daughter), or repairing an existing one as he did for me.

Joel and his team did a complete overhaul of our backyard over this summer. New composite deck, upgraded fence, and built in pergola to cover our new hot tub.Joel and his team showed up every morning at 7:30 am, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and were super easy to deal with. Like the name of their company, the work was top notch!Joel helped with the design process, and made great recommendations and suggestions on how to make our backyard a beautiful place where we would want to spend time. Before the reno, I don't think we spent more than 5-10 days each summer hanging in the backyard. This year, we are out there every day and night.I can't recommend Joel and his team highly enough. A pleasure to deal with, and super professional. This is our 2nd time working with Joel, as he did our front porch about 5 years ago, and it still looks brand new. We are a repeat customer and would choose Top Notch again without question.
