Rack Attack Coquitlam has very helpful staff - they answered all questions and helped out when my son and I installed it, even lending us a elevated platform to make it all easy. I feel confident in my purchase and the self-installation with back-up : )

Multiple times with multiple people I've had exceptional service, including today again. Fast, efficient, pleasant to work with and always make it super easy if anything is broken and goes wrong. Will continue to go their for anything I need. Have a Thule box (purchased there) and Thule bike rack (purchased elsewhere). They don't care where I got my things, they just crush it.

Went to Rack Attack Coquitlam to have a roof rack system set up for our two cars. The team was super knowledgeable and made it really easy to figure out what parts were needed for each. We dealt with the team on the phone and in person and the customer service for both was great. Would definitely recommend.

Right from the get go on the phone to the in store experience the staff was great.We bought the bike rack and hullavators there within the last couple of years. Recently added a second bike rack to my Model 3 - the staff at Rack Attack (Coquitlam) were incredibly helpful - loved that they went out of their way to re-key the locks so one key would open all four locks, even though the racks were bought a year apart. Price was competitive, same as THE big online retailer, but the service and care was the reason I bought from Rack Attack - and will again. Highly recommend. These guys know what they're doing.

I recently dealt with Liam at Rack Attack Coquitlam to have a hitch installed on the Missus' car. Liam was very professional and gave a very thorough explanation of costs and the installation procedure. The hitch was ordered and arrived earlier than expected for the install. Everything went according to plan in a timely and efficent manner.
