Same experience as Jennifer. They asked for a Skype interview and gave me bad instructions. I finally got them to grant me a phone interview. I set a time and a private number called. I said hi 3 times and they hung up. Emailed and called the HR lady and she said she called but no one answered. I asked if I could call her now and she said sorry going to another interview. She only tries to call once and doesn't follow up with an email until after my slot is over? She did not offer a new time or advised what the next step should be. Very unprofessional IMO. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

Not professional at all! Took a day off work for a Skype interview. Had problems connecting a few minutes before my 1/2 time slot. Was finally able to connect with an old account but she wouldn't accept, so I called the number provided for help.Was told the HR lady was busy (I said yeah with my time slot!") They were not helpful. . . I was told to reschedule even though I still had 15-20 mins left in my interview if she Had just accepted!I rescheduled and connected again and messaged the HR lady 10 mins before the interview

Amazing Customer Service!!Serena was so helpful & super nice & a rare gem in this crazy Promotional Product business (& I've been in it for over 21 years!) & also followed up with me which is extremely rare!!I hope AZX knows how lucky they are to have her!!

The WORST promotional products suppliers to deal with. They unjustly charge you without delivering on service.They are unreasonable, unethical, do not follow instructions on POs, rude and overall disgusting.The sales people, VPs, trade show staff, god damn.... literally anyone representing this company are ruthless, lying, money hungry people.
