Plaza Premium Lounge (Domestic Departures, Terminal 3)
Has a bar that serves complimentary alcoholic drinks. Food is plain but ok. They have also shower, play area, and nursing area. Staff are responsive keeping the area tidy and clean

While labelled in Google as the lounge for Domestic Departures, its location on the map matches the lounge we visited prior to our trip to the Caribbean (in the B gate areas). For comparison, we have previously been to the other T3 domestic Plaza Premium lounge in the C gates (nice), and the T1 international lounge (not as good)We arrived at 7 AM. There was no wait to check in, and seats were still available. The breakfast buffet included eggs, bacon (really good bacon BTW!), potatoes, selection of breads/bagels and drinks. Beer and liquor was also available even at that time of day.My only negative comment: for a decent sized lounge the mens bathroom only had one stall. Not sure how often this is an issue but when I had to do a #2, it sucked that someone was in there for 20 min doing what sounded to be a work call!

This is a nice lounge and it is extremely easy to find. Right after security, it is directly on the right before you descend on the escalator. The seats are fairly comfortable and the lounge is pretty quiet. There is hot food available. The selection is pretty basic, but it's hot so it's not bad. Overall, I would come here again.

Decent lounge, especially given the ease of access (a number of credit cards give you free access to the lounge). It's also very close to security. The best part of the lounge was the food! I visited during lunchtime and they served increadibly tasty meatballs and chicken as mains, with a selection of cookies and cakes on the side. They were some of the best meatballs I have ever had and I would totally come back for those meatballs and chicken!!The lounge is of a good size, with a variety of seating options and clear views of the tarmac; however, many seats did not have charging areas, and there was some wear and tear. Don't expect high style or elegance, but come for the homey, delicious food and a decent space to work or relax.

Plaza Premium Lounge (Domestic Departures, Terminal 3)
Good lounge. Food is decent, house wine, beer and liquor is okay, the norm. They have a full paid bar as well. The food is doable and a lot of Costco type quality items. The card brings me to the lounge, but the access is appreciated. Cleaner washrooms, and value of $75 to $100 if one was buying drinks and a meal in the airport. Peaceful place to sit normally, except a group of Indian students who posted up drinking excited for their ensuing vacation, but they disrupted the peace and etiquette of the lounge. I thought the staff would have told them to quiet down but they didn't.

As loyal Air Canada flyer, I’m always at the Maple Leaf Lounge whenever I fly through YYZ.This was my first time visiting this lounge and I was pleasantly surprised. Hara at the reception was very welcoming and was very attentive throughout my stay. The food selections were very limited but it was of good quality. There was also a small bar that served both free and paid drinks/wine/cocktails.I was there for a few hours but it was never crowded. There was a good view of the apron too.I had Westjet premium ticket but it didn’t give me entry to the lounge. I was able to access it via my AMEX Platinum card but it can also be accessed with Priority Pass, DragonPass and Mastercard TravelPass.I had a great stay and would use it again when I’m passing through T3 at YYZ.

Good service, nice tarmac view, and food and drinks variety. Dedicated free WiFi for guests if you don't want to use the airport one.

Some of the reviews have pictures from what is apparently a different, but superior, lounge. This is dated and needs repair. Limited food selection, parts of the drywall are heavily damaged, and some of the furniture heavily worn. There are few power sockets though a surprisingly large number of blank plates exist where there should be a socket. People resorted to unplugging lamps (with stained shades) on a long work table to get electricity. The bathroom could actually be used as the set for a prison movie(!) (see pictures). In addition to being worn out, the bathroom was seldom cleaned with the same curly hairs remaining on the counter for the few hours I was there. On the other hand, most prison bathrooms would probably not use lights with a cable run up the side of the wall in place of non functioning ceiling lights, and would likely have caulking that fills the gap between the counter and the wall.Guests gained entertainment by discussing the lounge's condition. Other guests passed out sideways on furniture. On the upside, the staff were very kind and pleasant and the location is convenient (yet incorrectly indexed by one gate in the Visa Airport Companion app). Maybe Plaza should empower their kind staff to do some renos and rebuild the food menu.

Opened on time at 530 am. Egg, bacon, brown beans, coffee tea, yogurt, coleslaw, corn, salad, cereal, toast, croissant, blueberry muffin, bagel, alcohol. Workers were around to clear dirty dishes, and restock food.
