I had some issues with shutters that were istalled 14 years ago. Some of the parts were broken and Charlene went out of her way to find me the parts she could get. I really appeciate her outstanding customer service.

We recently purchased a set of shutters for our enormous bay window. And we are more than pleased. It has changed the room completely. Thankful to Charlene and the measured/installer Kevin, they were great. We will be coming back in the future for our other bay window (gotta replace the windows first) thanks so much sun shades! 10/10 would recommend.

A clutch of my shutters, which were istalled 10+years ago, didn't work properly. Charlene told me it would be free to get the replacement that I never expected before. Then she helped me place an order for the parts. Charlene is really helpful and warm-hearted, and I appeciate her effort and professional service.

Charlene, together with her installers Mike and Carmela, just did a beautiful job installing gorgeous draperies in my dining room. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. We have worked with Charlene before when she helped us with blinds and custom drapes for our previous house after we had new windows installed. She knows her products and has a great sense of colour and design. She is thorough, detail oriented and goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. I would highly recommend her services.
