The ureo partition has wrong size, I could not install it. customer services attitude was bad, unaccepted.Also one pilaster was damaged during shipping, and another pilaster missed a screw.

Not happy working with them at all. They caused us so much damage because of their delays. They are not responsive to email or calls and many times didn’t show up to meetings. Didn’t order our correct request. All in all do not recommend them.

Knowledgeable staff and they help you find the best option for your space.The order arrived on time and the installation was fast and clean.Negar from their office was really helpful.We will work with them again for sure.

Terrible experience! This company was the worst I’ve done business with. They seem like a family business. I dealt with Julie who sent 2 kids to take measurements which ended up being completely wrong as the stalls were uneven and were covering the ventilation. They tried fixing their mistakes by cutting the material even more which just messed up my new washroom. They refused to take responsibility and didn’t want to redo it when I requested them to. They made a huge mess, leaving metal pieces and garbage all over my floor which they said they would come back to clean and didn’t. I tried reaching out to them but there was no response. I ended up paying someone else to clean up. I now have to redo everything. Don’t give them your credit card info, they just take your money and don’t do a proper job. Would not recommend!!
