Today's real estate market is crazy and having a confident and organized Real estate lawyer is a must, as a client it can be overwhelming and very confusing.Lou Vadala's legal firm helped us draft up legal documents and turn around a purchase in a timely manner that in the end allowed us to successfully close a deal on a house.They got back to us quickly with patience, answered all of our many questions and made the transaction seamless, especially as we were facing tight time constraints.Our real estate agent told us that she has never worked on a deal with a closing that went as smoothly as ours did and for that we are very Thankful!We would highly recommend and will absolutely work with this law office again. This guy is a crook, preying on elderly people. Hope people stay away from him and his office. I saw first hand communication between him and client. Rude and down right shady. 2 years on an estate payout and still holding on to money owed. Ridiculous fees and holding on to leftover payout
