The team who worked on our roof was outstanding—Communication was awesome letting us know every day whether they were coming to our home.Office was terrific coordinating all the work and keeping us informed about weather delays.Team on site was super responsive to our questions — were very professional — safety was top of mind always — AND everything was cleaned up including any debris that ended up on neighbouring homes!All in all a very good experience.Recommend Roofix and Julian very highly!Thank you so much.

This company has absolutely no regard for the community. I just witnessed an employee in a company vehicle deliberately step out of their truck, just to purposefully assault and punch a stranger at the Esso gas station at 7089 Lougheed Hwy. Everything caught on video! Police had to be called. The employee stood there laughing as he was taken away in handcuffs which is appalling. Not to mention whatever manager showed up just shrugged off the situation and the rest of that employee's crewmates thought it was all hilarious.

I had a small soffit repair job. Roofix quoted the project and required a signed contract to start. I was fine with that and they did warn me upfront that it would take 4-6 weeks before they could start (this was end of July). I followed up with them after four weeks, I was told that it would be scheduled the following week and then I never heard back from them.Three months later my soffit is still unrepaired and Roofix abandoned the contract. I get that it is a small job, but if they have no interest in fixing it, they shouldn't provide a quote or request a job authorization signature.Poorly managed business and customer service.

Called to request a gutter cleaning and minor roof repair. Was promised service by the end of the week. Nothing. Called at the beginning of the next week. Was promised service by the end of the week. Nothing. Called another company and had the work done within 3 days. Called RooFix back to request that they delete my credit card information that I foolishly gave to them before the work was done, and request an e mail confirmation of said deletion. So far.....Nothing. The lack of response has been astounding.

As an active property Manager I can report that Roofix has been reliable and honest and gets the work completed, on time and on Budget, more importantly, when they repair a leak it I do not get a call back from the tenants with the same problem. They are my go to roofers for Commercial and they offer Single Family Units services as well. My mixed portfolio is in good hands. Thank you Troy and the entire team.

for a concrete roof small maintenance job, like caulking, change 1 vent, etc, they quote me over $2400 for it. I don't know if they want to use this to scare me away or this is how greedy they are. they are not worthy! I have got another smaller roofing company quote me for $250 ( this small company have 4.8 rating in google, better than roofix. their customer service is bad and the owner's attitude is arrogant!

Roofix has been called out a few times to the Strata where I am a council member. Each time I have found the dispatch staff to be friendly and helpful and the roofers sent to be knowledgeable and competent. Most recently they attended over the christmas holidays after heavy rains that occurred on top of a large dump of snow. I trust them to make temporary repairs in wet conditions to take us through to dryer times when more permanent repairs could be made.

I have used RooFix since 2006 at which time I owned a Victorian style 1910 home in the Shaughnessy area of Vancouver. The house had a very high pitch cedar shingle roof and a flat rear roof covered with a fiberglass membrance. RooFix was contracted to do maintenance every few years on the shingle portion of the roof as well as maintaining the membrane on the rear flat roof. They also replaced my double car garage roof with fiberglass laminate shingles. As a consequence of RooFix's maintenance program, I managed to substantially extend by many years the life of the cedar shake roof preventing the cedar shakes from degrading, buckling, and rotting. The maintenance performed on the membrane of my flat roof and the gutters also prevented leaking. I recently purchased a home in West Vancouver and contracted RooFix to clean the cedar shingles, replace broken or rotten shingles, clean the gutters and repair leaking down pipes. I highly recommend RooFix. Their personnel are very knowledgeable and highly qualified in all apsects of roofing. They have the expertise to maximize and extend the life of roofs with a cost effective program. I highly recommend RooFix to anyone seeking roofing solutions whether for replacement or maintenance.

Great service, there were a few leaks in the house after inital roof wash could be due to old housing structure, informed them with the situation, they were able to arrange to fix it and repaint the walls within the next few days at no additional costs. Staffs were friendly and transparent about the situation. Thanks Sean & the team. My parents were very happy with the result, and will recommend to others.
