Worse place to rent from. Places are poorly maintained so heating costs are high in the winter and place is too hot in the summer. Do not recommend renting from these crooks.

Charge 20$ a month to keep my cat when kids are free to run around screaming above you for 12 hours a day. They closed the office for an entire year from virus paranoia so you can't talk to them. Call them on the phone for help and they don't answer ever. Buildings have cockroaches, they want to fill your apartment with pesticides and force you to leave all day. I fkin hate this apartment so much. You'd be better off living in the dumpster behind arby's

The best apartment buildings I've been in. Still has the usual apartment issues such as thin walls and smells lingering in the hallwaysedit. Been living here a year now. Great maintenance staff, friendly office people. Glad I chose to live here
