I would suggest that your staff wear face wear face shields in stread of masks As a senior with a severe hearing loss,,I couldn’t understand 90% of what he said. Had I not had my daughter with me, the visit would have been a total waste of time, his and mine. If face shields are not an option, the doctor should be prepared to write replys. It was a disappointing visit for that reason.

We just hope that this clinic would accept walk-in patients during weekdays as there are people who would have medical concerns that need to be addressed right away and waiting for the weekends can be late already.

My review is a combo of really liking the doctors, but hating and finding the administration unorganized and ineffective. You're lucky if you can get through when you call, but if you try to make your follow up after your appt in person, they don't have the next month's calendar available. How is that reasonable.. It's not even that the staff are rude - they are nice - it's just that the appt policies don't make sense. But I do like Dr. McEvoy and the Dr I'm seeing while she is away.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the front didn't like when I asked her questions about how the walk'ins works. I am a patient there and my doctor was transfered they didnt even bother to refer me to another doctor. In fact she said nothing she can do.

Polite staff. No notices on the door they don't take walk ins , and when informed you don't have an appointment, they didn't even offer to book one, told me to come back on the weekend?

I used to come here even just 4 years ago. are you still a walk-in clinic i was asked if id like to make a dr my primary I think I said no.I like this location only been here once since the renovation. I used to see Dr Paquette but he retired. last time I was there the dr was great just not sure his name anymore. got diagnostics test ordered.great place in all.

Used to love this clinic, it was so convenient and easy to see someone.Now it's pretty much impossible and doctors never stay. Very unfortunate.

I really appreciate the customer service I received at the front desk. As a new parent we tend to feel the urgency when our baby is going through something and we feel helpless therefore need to seek a physician. It is Sat and most medicenters are booked up or dont have a walk in doctor. I'm glad they felt my urgency and found away to make it work.

Callingwood Crossing Medical Clinic
This clinic and its doctors and staff are incredible. I have been coming here for years and Dr. McEvoy is brilliant. I feel I am in the best care with her as she listens, cares about my concerns, and makes sure I have everything I need to be healthy. The front desk staff are just as wonderful and kind. Wait times are usually long - around 45 minutes to be seen with an appointment; however, for the quality of care I receive, it is worth it. I have seen a couple other doctors here as they are all great physicians.
