Infinity movers

I could have gone with less than one if I had that option. Would not suggest them to anyone moving. I was charged for charged for 4 hrs of work even though the work was completed within 3 hrs( started at 10 AM and done by 12:56 PM..but they said they will need to take into account the time when they came - 9:45 but not when they started the work - 10 AM ). Even though I have give them an advance amount of 200 at the they started the work, halfway through they wanted me to pay them for a total of 4 Hrs claiming that they cannot complete the work within 3 hrs. I had to give them the full payment of 425 even before they completed the work. I’m very much disappointed with this as I felt this was not fair. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for moving service. So to summarize, even if count the duration from 9:45 AM when they arrived and 1 PM when they completed - it’s 3 hr 15 min and I’ve paid them 425 just for moving( no packing and unpacking involved).

I wish I could rate Infinity Movers with 0 stars because they're an unprofessional business in piano moving. They scheduled a pickup for the upright piano from Milton to Brampton at 5:00 pm. However, they did not bring any protective tools to help transport the piano; for example, instead of bringing a dockboard to easily transport the piano, they decided to lift it up. They apologised for the incident and rescheduled for the same time the next day. Again, they called me to delay 90 minutes to re-pickup the piano, as agreed to meet up at 7:30 pm. When I was waiting for them at the pickup place, I decided to call him to ask where he was because it was 20 minutes late. He said he was running late due to another business in Brampton that I had to wait for. So I decided to call and cancel the movers because this company is unreliable and unprofessional piano movers. I have deleted his phone number from mine.

INFINITY movers have been amazing to me & my family. I used them to move long distance from a home to a storage unit and they couldn’t have been more pleasant, professional and speedy. We moved in 2 parts due to the closing and opening of both houses (unfortunately not the same time ) so today’s plan was to move ourselves and we purchased a UHAUL but unfortunately one of my people couldn’t make it so I was in a pickle. I called INFINITY Movers this morning and they were more than happy to help. They had 2 men here for me in less than 1 hr and move so quickly and efficiently that we got it done in no time. They also are the most pleasant people to talk to and guided our move for us which was so much less stressful. I would highly recommend anyone who is moving

Infinity Movers were fast, careful, reliable and fun to work with! They treated our home like their own. Even when they were tired they still found moments of joy. Rarely do you work with a moving company who are having fun while moving all your personal possessions!Highly recommend.

The crew is amazing, super patient, suepr helpful, super cheerful and nice. The move was done on time and even after working for 12 hr they kept on smiling and being patient with us when we requested to move around the furniture. I would totally recommend this moving comonat and its team.

Upon request from the movers, I'm editing my review.Plus points- All workers were extra polite through out the moving process.- During the moving the truck broke down and the company took care of the stuff which was then delivered after two days.Cons- Not punctual. Had to call multiple times and follow up with them for two weeks to finish the assembly of the table.Polite young man trying their best to run a good business. Surely they are many things to be learned.I would recommend them.

Very unprofessional. Don’t trust them. 0 star.I had booked more than a month back and Paul Cancelled last day evening. Due to long weekend I can’t get new mover too.Such a lame excuse of broken truck.No backup given. he didn’t arrange alternate mover but gave me names n asked to Google them n enquire each. I am really disappointed..

I have used Infinity movers twice, i must say there service has been amazing. pictures show everything, they do great wrapping and protecting stuff. last time i wasn't able to acknowledge there service but this time i wanted people to know how great they are doing. i have recommended them to my friends and family in past and they told me good things about them aswell. i would highly recommend them.

Manpreet and his team are very reliable with reasonable pricing. I have taken their help 3 times so far and know that him and his team will be there when you need them. He makes it a see less process and takes care of he belongings. They also follow all Covid protocols thus making it safe for his clients also.Keep up the good work.
