I've been here for RMT many times. Angelina is very skilled and amazing at hitting all the pressure points, I think with past training in acupressure. One of the better RMT I've visited.

I have been visiting Long Trail Wellness for the past year and a half and highly recommend their services. The online reservation system is easy to use and sends me reminders 2 days and again again a few hours before my appointment. As a front line health care worker I appreciate their covid protocols which include a self assessment screen prior to arrival. Angelina is an amazing RMT... I’m almost cautious to make a public review as I don’t want her to become too popular!

This morning, I called to booked an appointment for RMT they have mentioned Angela’s name (and when I got there there is no Angela, it was a guy who had massaged me. I had less than an hour massage and I ended up paying 58 $ plus 10$ mandatory tip. I told them that I requested RMT so that I can use my PBC. And I even asked them to check how much I cover but still they told me that the person who massaged is not registered massage therapist. I asked them to cancel my all my next appointment cause I was expecting that they will accept my PBC. Very lacked of communication here. I won’t recommend it and not coming back here. Yes, the area is clean but still it is very disappointing.Update: i have noticed that my left wrist/arm is swollen from the massage.Update sept 8: my hand on my left side still swollen from the “masseur” who helped me last time. I have messaged them thru email and sent the photos from last week and today and no reply from them.

Always an amazing experience. Their masseuses are always clean using COVID procedures and they always give great quality massages. Would highly recommend. They even have a RMT on site! So use those health benefits!

My boyfriend and I went in for Reflexology and it was worth every penny. I will definitely come back to try other types of massages! Thank you so much for such great experience.

I am a regular at their Port Coquitlam clinic but was too slow with pre booking. I was glad to find an appt with Kevin and was not disappointed. I'll admit, I was a little nervous at first as I've never been to a Male RMT. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable, making sure to ask what I was comfortable with then adapting his practise to ensure that I got the proper treatment. I've been back twice since my first appt and would definitely book again in the future.

I had a very positive massage experience with Hailey who is new at Long Trail Wellness. She was very professional and took time during my initial visit in the beginning to ask questions about my areas of needs and discomfort. I found her pressure to be medium strong (if you prefer a stronger pressure) and she was asking if the pressure needed to be adjusted. I felt so relaxed and pain-free after my massage with Hailey! I will definitely refer family and friends to her and Angelina, who also provides very awesome massages as well!!

Very grateful to have met Hailey and received her care.She took time to understand my injuries and then treated them with her deft hands and encyclopedic knowledge of the human body. On top of a great professional massage, Hailey even educated me on certain muscle imbalances that needed to be addressed.After admitting my inability to stretch very well, I was shown some stretches and exercises she knows that would benefit me greatly. I noticed an improvement on my lower back and hip almost immediately the following day.The entire experience has been invaluable and life changing. She genuinely cares about her patients overall progress and you really get the sense she wants to help facilitate you to be healthier and stronger after each visit.Thank you Hailey and the staffs at LongTrail Wellness for making me stand up taller these days. :-)Clean establishment, easy to book, awesome people, nice art too.5 stars
