What a lovely shop with friendly and helpful staff. Great products made in-house. Prices are reasonable and I really appreciate the section with “imperfect” items at a discounted price. I picked up some facial serum, beard oil for my husband and some DIY items to make gifts. I’ll definitely be back!

I only recently discovered this place and wish I had discovered it sooner. It has become my go to place for natural cleaning and laundry and personal care products. Good quality and great prices. Also love the informative Instagram posts.When it comes to sustainable products, this company is the real deal, No greenwashing!I especially like that you can drop off empty glass jars and black takeout containers to get repurposed. So sad to hear the Kensington Market location will be closing. I hope another west end or downtown location will open in the near future, I love shopping here!

I love coming here for all my natural beauty product needs. Their bar soap smells heavenly, especially the avocado lemon grass. They sell bulk raw ingredients to make your own beauty products and they also sell ready made stuff, like body butters, facial oils, natural deodorants and much more.

Ingredients are natural, safe for sensitive skin, and smell great!2. Sustainability: You can buy products in three ways: Pre-made, BYOC (Bring Your Own Container), or buy your own ingredients to make your own products at home.3. Knowledgeable and friendly staff!4. This was my first order from Green & Frugal and it will not be my last.Great experience: the website is clean and easy to navigate with great information on how to make your own creations; EXCELLENT customer service with a team that will keep you informed about your order every step of the way; great products, selection, and prices; great packaging job (shipment).My package was a wee bit delayed, but as stated above, it was well worth the wait (I think the delay was a one-off; stuff happens!)I would also like to add that the foot powder they make is incredible. I realize that maybe that is a weird thing to say but when you find something great, you gotta sing it from the roof tops! I used it before a long hike today and my feet are fresh as a daisy. It doesn't really have a scent (super light one), it absorbs moisture, and it has anti fungal properties. Best of all, it doesn't feel like anything (no tingling, no weird powder feeling between the toes, etc.).I can't wait to try the shampoo bars and other goodies I ordered! XOXO

Great store for those who want natural products or want to reduce their environmental impact. All of their products are low/zero waste and you have the option to bring your own container for them to fill. They have everything from Essential oils to skincare to cleaning/household products. Affordable prices also unlike some other eco friendly brands.

I was very skeptical to try the all natural deodorant but I am hooked. I ordered the cedarwood and patchouli and it is the best deodorant I have ever used. I will not use anything else. I am looking forward to try the other scents. I am about to try the shampoo bars and the new oil cleanser. Can't wait for my next order to arrive. Very impressed with the quick shipping and response to my questions I had prior to ordering. I have two gf's hooked as well so we save on shipping by doing bulk orders together. One very happy customer here. I hope to visit the store front one day.

I stumbled upon Green & Frugal after an afternoon of hiking at Guildwood Park. In search of a Green smoothie, initially thought Green & Frugal was a juice bar, lol.So happy that I found this gem. If you love essential oils, they will customize a blend using a new or reused bottle. Since it was my first visit, the friendly staff assisted with a blend of oils specific to my needs. I purchased a small tube with a blend of Jojoba, Avocado, Rosemary & Peppermint - reasonable price at $7.I also purchased a bamboo cutlery set (for work lunch salads), and mango butter for skin - my bill was less than $30. This frugal lady is overjoyed!Definitely looking forward to another visit to refill my hair & body oils, and will go back to purchase oils for my diffuser.

First time customer during COVID so I called in with some questions and got outstanding customer service helping me pick out products online as I had never been in store to see products before. All the recommendations were perfect and worked perfectly for my needs! I needed to pick up my order sooner than was scheduled and when I dropped by, it was kindly packed up on the spot. I also loved that everything came in paper, sustainable and can be used as cute wrap for Christmas gifts! Best small business experience I've had since moving to this neighbourhood! Will definitely recommend to family and friends, and will be purchasing again.
