Spoke to someone on phone for an appt and they were so cut and dry that I had to cancel my appt even before booking. I have had baby club appts at stoney creek and then simcoe studios and have never faced discomfort like ths before. The staff at both these places make you feel comfortable and happy. Ended up booking the appt back at Simcoe

39.99 for canadian passport photo. What a scam. Go to the photo center in walmart pay 14.

Took my baby to get her passport pictures done at this location and have the best experience ever. Baby, who helped us was very well, equipped, and taking passport pictures for babies. she knew exactly what to do to help me and my 10 week old. Take a picture with in one minute. the pictures were printed and I paid and in total respond eight minutes at the location. If you’re interested in taking professional photographs, go to this location, they know what they’re doing and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was helped and my needs are met.

I used to go here to get my pictures taken. Today I brought my kids 1 &5 year to get their passport picture and Bibi was very rude. SHE DOES NOT WANT TO WORK OR HELP AT ALL. She was yelling infront of my kids. I am not paying 40 dollars to get that kind of attitude.

They are worse than scammers. Dont ever use them. They sold me a package December 2020, never called, never showed up. The country went in lockdown that location closed and none of the other locations answer their phones. Thanks Beebee .Spend the extra dollar and go to a reputable place.

What a joke this place is. Associate is on her phone in a zoom meeting. We prepaid for passport photos. She is said they dont take pictures of children and is refusing to take picture for anyone under 14. No where online does it state that- only no infant photos. When questioned why -she stated the photo will be rejected.She also can't issue a refund.

I would give this place a ZERO rating.I went their for getting passport photo clicked for my infant. The staff refused to let me in till the time baby was awake.I requested them if I can come inside and wake the baby, they said no.I kept the baby car seat bucket on the table at the entrance and was trying to wake the baby ...the lady at the counter said I can't do that here.I could see empty tables inside the shop and asked if I can keep the ucket there and wake the baby up they denied that as well.I would give this place a ZERO rating for inconsiderate behaviour of the staff specially the lady at the counter, she deserves a negative rating.This place is Big NO for any sort of baby photography , because the staff is inconsiderate.

Had a great experience at this center. We went for passport sized photos and our photographer offered us a great deal for an in-studio and outdoor photo shoot. Booked an outdoor photo shoot recently with them, the photographer was great. Also they arranged to send us our photos without having visit the studio again. Overall it was a great experience!!

This place is a scam. We went there today to get passport photos only and they insisted we had to get the digital version as well. Cost $34.97 in total, when you can get your passport photos for 12-14 dollars. Rip off. And they are trying to scam you for more money. To take some outdated family photos. I am surprised that they are inside of Walmart at Square one and charging these prices.
