Very disappointed in the final result. My technician was lovely and I enjoyed my time(s) with her, but the technique and product is way below standard especially for the high cost. Firstly, I was charged a full set price for my fill, but then she eTransfered the difference back to me (not the additional tip % though...)I went in for a fill and the lash loss started immediately. It was shocking. By the time I went back the next week I required another full fill. I’m now a week after the second fill with Sonia and I’m left with a handful of lashes that we’re originally there from when I went in for my first fill (I can tell my the thicker texture of the lashes from my regular lash tech who I’d been seeing for years but she’s in Vancouver).Maybe it’s a technique issue?Maybe it’s a product issue?Either way, I wasn’t satisfied with the result from either visit for the high cost.

Amazing company. Owner Sara San is an inspiration to all entrepreneurs. The lashes are soft and look great - whatever you are going for. From natural to dramatic Lash Love Connection can and will provide the best service. The service itself is very relaxing and all staff are incredibly sweet and kind. 100% would recommend.

I LOVE MY LASHES!!! Sara is amazing at what she does and the salon has a great atmosphere!! A really fantastic experience overall!!

I have seen Sara for the last few months. I have had some issues with the eyelashes falling off and not being secured to an actual eyelash. On a recent fill of volume lashes I left with them irritating my eyelids. When I got home I had my daughter look at them. The lashes were actually glued to my eyelid. This was causing the irritation. I wash able to comb most of them off as they were stacked on top of each other and pulled away from the eyelid easily. I took pictures and rebooked. I told Sara that I was seriously not impressed by her work and that damage to my natural lash was not acceptable. I assumed she would correct her mistake for free. She didnt. On March 16th $100.00 on March 31st $79.00. She told me next time it happens to text her right away instead of booking online. Next time? I won't be back.She never asked to see the pictures I took. You can not charge the amount for Volume lashes when clearly they are not even applied correctly. I was shocked you had the nerve to charge me once again. Bad business practice. Having had lash extensions for over 6 years this is the worst work I have done. *I have now included a picture from 20 minutes after leaving Salon. And Strip lashes?? Mascara? There is no physical way I could attach anything on top of these lashes. The problem is that you are applying premade fans with way to much glue. If you are going to charge the prices you are then your work must stand behind it. Hopefully your work ethic will improve as well as your lash skill.

Sara was very sweet and did a fantastic job of my lashes. I have been getting lash extensions for the past several years and my original tech moved out of Victoria. I’ve struggled to find someone who did my lashes as well as she did, however I think Sara has made them look the best they ever have! I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient she is at applying lashes. She was willing to provide a fill service despite my previous application having somewhat poor retention, which I greatly appreciate. I can’t say enough good things about this salon and Sara.

Good, except they cancelled my appointment without telling me. Well sort of...they send an auto email a few days before your scheduled appointment, and if you don't respond, too bad, you're cancelled! The woman who was scheduled to do my lashes went out of her way to squeeze me in later that week, so that was really nice.

If you need a good lash tech look no further! Sonia is great at what she does, and always has you feeling better after a visit with her. Love her outgoing personality, and the work she does for me on my lashes.

My face was blessed by the amazing hands of Sara ! Her service was professional, efficient and nothing short of amazing. The office aesthetic and the vibes were right! If you’re tryna look right and have your lash bed take flight this is the space for you. Baddies only. I digress. Will be back fa sho.
