I highly do not recommend booking this venue. It is an unsafe venue, they are a huge fire hazard, in that, they are not connected to the fire department and have their fire alarms displayed, only for show. We were shocked when the fire department told us this, after we had to call them to notify them of a fire alarm being pulled. In addition, they created claims that did not happen, despite there being no damage, and took my 1000 dollar security deposit. I was extremely unhappy considering I paid in full for the location and stayed with in the means of my contract. They also did not notify me that they would be taking my security deposit and ignored my phone calls. I will never book with them again, and I want to protect the public form this dangerous, unethical centre, which is why I am posting this. Since what happened, I have had many people tell me about their experiences with this venue and they have all been unfortunate. They have been sued and reported to the paper about their misconduct in the past. I wish I had researched them more. They are the most unprofessional venue I have ever worked with, so please think twice before booking.

I would not recommend this place. We had an unpleasant experience. The fire alarm went off during our event and the fire department did not show up until we had to contact them. This is a huge safety hazard as all the guests could have been in danger if it was a real fire. In addition, they refused to give back the security deposit and said that we had damaged the venue when we left the place in great shape. We were very upset with how the situation was handled.

Not a safe or accommodating venue at all. A family member of mine rented the venue and had a terrible experience. The fire alarm went off yet the fire department did not know until they were notified by us. They were not willing to take responsibility for their mistake. I would not recommend.

It was one of the designated polling station for federal elections. We came here to cast our vote.Very neat and clean. Lot of open green space.

Lots of things wrong with this place, starting with the venue management who clearly do not seem to care about the state of their venue. The layout, lights, walls, the washrooms, and the parking are all a mess. Would not recommend!

We had this venue rented for a couple of days for a graduation party and everything seemed perfect until the day of the party. The fire alarm was pulled and it was ringing for a while before we realized that the fire department had not been dispatched. We went ahead and called the fire department to check in and they notified us that they hadn’t received any type of signal from the alarm. Luckily, it was a false alarm and when they arrived they just had to silence the alarm. The day after we contacted the venue and they were acting clueless. Obviously the fire alarm isn’t connected to the fire department in any way, it is present simply for display and this is a huge safety hazard. Had we known there would be no way we would have decided on this venue knowing the amount of kids, elderly and adults that would have had their safety compromised. Instead of owning up to this error they denied any involvement, they flipped the issue on to us saying that we had damaged the venue and for that reason they would not be giving back our safety deposit. I believe that they were simply upset because we had uncovered something detrimental to the integrity of the center. The unprofessionalism is downright disrespectful and I cannot believe that instead of addressing this safety hazard we were blamed for something completely unrelated. We spent hours cleaning up after ourselves to ensure that we left the venue the same as we had found it. Not only should our deposit have been returned but we should have been compensated for this threat to our safety. I would seriously advise against booking this venue.

Great soccer field even though we lost. Great to see old friend Joe Balan who was our bartender after the game and always does a great job helping run the club.

Excellent venue, great staff and by far the #1 view in the entire region. Highly recommend the venue for any event you wish to have.Also Bhana Elias is a degenerate, their fire system is up to code and works fine, he was mostly likely on drugs when visiting the property.

I love this place. My wife and I got married here four years ago and my sister-in law just did this summer. The food was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
