Worst company in the north. No customer service at all, never answer the phone, emails. Management should be changed since they are incapable of organising proper work. Been like this for years without a change.... Shame. They don't forget to charge you though

I don't often write reviews, but buyers beware! If I could give less than a star I would. You can rarely get a hold of anyone in the office, you will be on hold for ages if you call, and lucky if anyone picks up. They do not return e-mails, or calls. When you do have the rare pleasure of speaking with someone, the staff are rude, and not very helpful or clear. I had more issues in the space of 3 months with this company than I can count..... when the internet was working, it was very VERY slow, even for northern standards, and also very expensive. Seek internet elsewhere if at all possible!!

Expensive and slow to answer, could take all day to just to ask them about the bills and doesn't even reply back to emails even though they ask us to leave them a email.
