Careful with this location. They make mistakes in the drive thru a lot! Like I mean A LOT! Take your time to check before you drive away. I find that most employees hate their jobs. One employee there was really nice though; but that was what feels like a long time ago.Being the closest Wendy's to my house, I want to go there. I want to support them, but everytime I go back now, i am reminded of my previous dreadful experiences and usually go to Pita Pit or Taco Bell instead.

This is one of the most expensive wendy i have ever been to!!! Omg everything is at least 10% more than other wendys! Frostychino is 4.89! Will not go back to this location

Between franchise locations this place by far horrible compared to other ones I have been to. Just passing through going to Wonderland and had 3 Dave’s singles and the bread was getting stale almost like management or owners told them to use them up before they expire.I am in a rush wanted something quick I have no time to run in and return the food to complain. I will probably not go to Wendy’s in this area or even support this franchise.

Really long wait for food. It wasn’t that busy. Ordered the Baconator combo. Fries were not fresh or hot. Burger was just ok. Pop machines were a joke. One had no pop available but had ice. The other had no ice but all the pop and it was room temperature. You wait to get ice from one then wait and at the other for pop. The pop was flat. And then the cleanliness. Wow, the work area was disgusting. Food all over the floor. Eating area had dirty tables. One hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. I’m surprised the place hadn’t yet been shut down by Public Health. No pride. The only positive was one helpful server who came over after I asked another one 3 times for ketchup and she either ignored me or was daydreaming about her shift being over soon. It was quite a joke.

Horrible service, I came on a Sunday april 30th for breakfastThe Filipino lady was so rude, she literally screamed what!!!" at me when I ask for condiments and looked super annoyed I'm not expecting great service from fast food joints but at least basic good manners I was expecting

Try their coffee (free offer) and not very impressed.I visited 3 times in 2 weeks and the coffee quality is not consistent. Sometimes is ok sometimes is very water and sour.Staff look very tired and not much morale.

Got coupons to use at this location Dave's single combo. It was the worst burger ever old and cold the cheese was still hard a couple of good french fries piled on really old an hard ones. This always happens when you give out coupons it's like you don't want us to use them. So no more Wendy's for my Family.

The food is average as any other Wendy's, The place has not been renovated since the '80s it feels outdated dirty and definitely not pleasant to be at.50% of the time that I place orders the drive-thru I get the wrong items or non-sufficient items so yeah do your own math....

Breakfast sandwich was terrible, sausage overcooked, biscuit undercooked! The entire sandwich fell apart! Never again! Back to Tim’s for me!

Everything about this place goes to garbage when the day time staff leaves, everytime I go there for a late night snack I regret it. The issue is I like Wendy’s and I give them chance after chance because I reside close to here but every time they never fail to disappoint.
