Took somebody clothes shopping there. Needed plus- sizes and they had a huge assortment at low prices. We drove away with 5 tops/5 pants for under $200. Checkout staff was super friendly and found us $10 off!

extremely poor customer service. went in for a return, our cashier (Belinda) was completely unprofessional and rude towards myself and my friend. she didn't even acknowledge us when we walked up to her till, which was strange considering she was chatting with the customer in front of us completely fine... overall very rude and will not be returning to shop at this giant tiger.

Peterborough, Lansdowne location was clean, and had lots of stock, except for what i specifically went in for-- but, they offered me a rain check for my item, as it was advertised in the flyer and was unavailable in that site. Lots of staff around to assist.

Was just there recently, purchased a product of a limit of 4, was charged full price, which I didn't pay attention to until I got home. Called store, told them of sign that was posted , they said I was wrong and could bring back items. 2 days later product was in flyer as i saw on the sign. I think they put signs out to quickly. Overall still a good store, but wish they would pay more attention to what they do.

If your buying brand name things there are some good prices at all the giant tiger stores. I do not suggest buying the meat etc pricing is always great but thats usually because the quality isnt. Usually either very fatty meat or they give you very low quality or less in the box to make the price too good to be true. Stick to the brand name and youll find some good value.

My only complaint would be how they don't put prices on a lot of kids stuff so you don't know how much it costs until you checkout. If they don't put a price just assume it's too expensive.

This store is fun to browse and I always find deals that make it worth the trip. Clearance clothing tends to be pricey compared to other G.T. stores. No hassle returns. Staff is generally helpful and pleasant
