Great place, the staff is very nice. Dr Tabet is the best dentist I have ever had. My son has sensory issues and she took time to make him comfortable. Now both my kids like going to the dentist. They are also fully bilingual.

PARENTS OF KIDS WITH ASD BEWARE!We looked into this dentist on a recommendation from the CLSC who said Dr. Tabet takes a lot of kids on the Spectrum and is really proactive in her approach to making them feel comfortable. Unfortunately we did not experience any of what we had heard. To begin, she only takes families and not individuals. Before we visited, we had heard that she allows these kids to visit on the Saturday beforehand to give them a tour of the clinic AND that she has a social story for kids on the Spectrum to prepare them. Sounds great right? COMPLETE FICTION! There was none of that.We called on Dec 12 and booked an appointment for our son-which was March 19th. After preparing him, showing him a video we found online of the clinic and reading books about dentists with him-the office called and cancelled our appointment ONE HOUR (no kidding) before we were scheduled to be there 2) did not offer any other appointments, citing they were booked for months" and that we would have to call back 3) and did not offer any sort of apology.This was by far so incredibly unprofessional and not to mention insensitive to my child's and family's needs. I will be sure to share this story with the other parents of children on the Spectrum so they don't believe the hype like we did. I have also contacted our social worker at the CLSC to share this information so she stops recommending Dr. Tabet's office as a good option for our kids.I would be cautious about posted reviews with generic names that get posted after negative reviews. Just saying! ;)The search continues! But I remain optimistic."

After a very thorough search through all of Gatineau and Ottawa I decided on this team based on recommendations and searching for the best dental clinic in the area that can provide all services on site. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond to immediately help my elderly mother who had a dental emergency during the pandemic even though she was visiting and not a client and it was a very difficult time. The times I have visited they have also treated my family and I very well and made everyone relaxed and at ease. The equipment used was also top notch and modern and they worked out a great dental treatment plan for everyone in my family. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing dental team as I doubt you would be able to find anyone else that is as nice, polite and professional as they are. I can’t stress enough how amazing they are and if you are searching for a dentist you would be crazy not to choose them. I highly recommend them.

I haven't had the best of relationships with dental health professionals, until I went to Centre Dentaire Champlain. Dr Tabet is as excellent and smooth as it gets. She is also *excellent* with children.

I HIGHLY recommend this dental centre. I have major anxiety about going to the dentist and my experiences here have been great! Everyone is extremely accommodating, kind and patient! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The Staff is amazing and patient. Dr Tabet is exceptional with our son who is autistic. Because my son has sensory issues Dr. Tabet and her team's care and patient are exemplary. I have recommended this clinic to many and will continue to do so!

Love this dental office - front staff is very friendly and efficient. Elaine did my cleaning yesterday and she used the manual picks as well as the water ultrasound pick. She did a fantastic job and my teeth are nice and sparkly! Highly recommend going to Elaine!

Dr. Tabet (Lynda) and her staff are so awesome to my family and I, the staff is friendly, courteous and professional. The friendly chatter and banter at the front desk makes me feel more like family then a client. My daughter is receiving complicated orthodontic work and their expertise, support and effort has been amazing. Lynda's passion and dedication to dentistry, clients and staff goes above and beyond. I booked my appointment 4 months ago, on the way to the appointment I got a call saying that they took too many emergencies this morning and that they have to reschedule - however they don't have any openings for another 3 months! The dentist may be good but their admin staffs are incompetent.
