I didn’t find this clinic to be very helpful with my PCOS. They tried to fix it with medication and were not very empathetic. They also told me just to exercise, there is so much more to PCOS.. it isn’t that simple. They did not hear me when I spoke, treated me as if I was lying.They clearly do not have an understanding of a women’s body and how it works.

Beautiful new office and great staff! Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Lots of waiting room space with big windows all around. Pharmacy staff and medical secretaries respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Doctors care about their patients and are very thorough. Highly recommend!

Dr. Juhasz is great but his receptionist is absolutely horrible. She will not give me the results of my ultrasound after the medical imaging clinic faxed it to them over 2 weeks ago and just faxed it again today for safe measure. She refuses to call the imaging clinic to follow up as well if she truly did not receive it (I don’t believe her, she said everything she could to get me off the phone as fast as possible). Horrible horrible treatment of patients. Walk in clinics have much better receptionists.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lieberman for many years. I find her to be amazing and very caring person. Dr. Liberman really cares about her patients she goes out of her way to care for everyone, and constily follow up with any issues. I'm glad Dr. Liberman is my doctor and I will find it very hard to find someone better.... The new building is always clean and plenty of room

My Granddaughter cannot get a letter from Dr Feldman for Medical Exemption from the Covid Vaccine. The Dr won’t see or talk to her about it. How is she supposed to get through all these public places. She had Bell’s Palsy as a child, she is a 21 yr old University Student. She has been advised by Many Drs and Professionals not to take the chance of getting the vaccine, it is a “stated” side effect!! Not very professional or caring so far!!! My son cannot get past the receptionist when telephoning!!

I'm trying to reach Dr Jason Juhasz (My Family Dr) for a referral. But it is always going to Voicemail and no one Takes the call or no one calls back on the call back number. I'm currently out of country and yet I have left my Canada number on roaming to receive the callback, but no luck. Also there is no email address to contact the office or Dr incase of any urgent referral requirement. Expecting a better service from the Admin!!

Dr. Carol mualim is the worst ! She left me high and dry said she wasn’t comfortable treating me anymore and fired me to make room for her friends patients. Total scam I should report her to the ontario government. She wrote me a letter that our relationship has deteriorated. Not sure what kind of scam she she is running to make room for her friends but I feel violated and will take it up with her superiors asap. This treatment is beyond terrible and humiliating! .

Dr. Juhasz is amazing unfortunately his support team is extremely opposite. They never answer the phones or return voicemails. Major lack of efficiency at the front desk.

We met Dr. J from Vibrant Health Clinic when he was practicing there, there are no words to express the gratitude and the caring that is exemplified in this Dr. His staff were always supportive, now at the the new location, the trek is worthwhile, I would travel anywhere to see him. He is prompt, and I understand he has a patient load, his staff are always attentive. There are no doctors like Dr. J, we my family and I will hate the day he retires. Thank you Dr. J and your staff! Awesome clinic and service they go above and beyond.
