very quick and professional. got my work safety glasses through them and found a stylish pair which would keep me safe. i came in 5 months later as i lost a screw to the nose piece and they fixed it right away. great service.

Hubby and I went to IRIS @ Market Crossing for eye exams on Jun 21st. Dr. Jenny Le took very good care of us and took the time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend anyone seeking for quality eye exams to seek her professional help. The reception staff are also very nice and helpful.

Have been coming here for years. Staff is always top notch and truly cares. Never feel rushed picking out my frames (takes me forever to make a decision). Best of all is the guarantee. I wasn’t happy with the look of my last pair. Completely hassle free, they replaced them. I won’t go anywhere else.

Not fully satisfied with the recent safety glasses purchase,seeing through lenses installed is hasy though seems like they replaced the frame but not the lenses

Friendly, comfortable, patient, affordable.The staff were kind and chatty. My optometrist was young but very sweet and highly professional. I felt well taken care of and there was no pushy upsell.Great parking, great selection, great service. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lam and Evelyn were amazing. From the moment I walked through they door I felt comfortable. From the pre-screenings and the actual exams to frame selection and final fitting, everything went smoothly.I would recommend Iris to anyone.
