I felt rejected, they didn't give me an appointment because I explained my daughter's condition, I thought they would at least give her a try, but what I got from them is that you had to be in good condition mentally before booking an appointment, I am asking an appointment for my daughter because she is unwell not because she is well. I'm dissapointed.

Alison Bell is a very genuine and knowledgable person that has greatly impacted my life. I would recommend her services to anyone! She is amazing.

They ghosted me not once but twice. I had been seeing someone there for over a year who unfortunately quit the practice. On our last session she introduced me to what would be my new therapist. Assured me they would call me to set up a consultation, never heard from them. I ran into my old therapist and told her about it, she told me that sadly I was not the only former patient to tell her that this happened. She even reached out to the office a second time for me, got confirmation from them that they would call me that week to set up an appointment, and again, nothing. Now they have the nerve to keep me on their email list and send me things about mental health awareness when my own mental health took a backseat for them. If I were a person in crisis, this sort of behaviour could have been detrimental. I’ve not returned to therapy as this whole experience has given me trust issues. I believe that my former therapist may have been the only good thing that Alison Bell had to offer, as they clearly lack accountability and allow people to fall through the cracks.

Have always been treated with respect and compassion. Highly recommend this place!
