Pioneer - Gas Station

This is one of my favorite gas station in downtown Kitchener that is for its vicinity, cost and service. Beside the gas price always to be cheaper, the staff are often fast and friendly. However, there is a long line of vehicles waiting to fill the gas that sometimes tend to be frustrating and challenging.

Good gas price most of the time. Staff are friendly.

I come here every Saturday and always leave with a smile on my face! The younger gentlemen(sorry I forgot his name) who works every Saturday morning is so kind, funny, efficient and all around excellent with his customer service! Keep it up!

I come here regularly. Always available pumps and tonight was a bonus. They had run out of regular and were offering premium for the price of regular. They could top up the hand sanitizer dispensers.

Good prices but my recent visit screwed me out of 7$. Used credit card for 50$ received 43$worth of gas. No receipt could be printed at the time (From what i hear they never have paper) so no way to dispute it. Bank charged full 50$. Lost my business. Byebye

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was here this morning. Put $6.00 in my tank, because that's all I could afford at this time.Even $10.00, gives me 100kms on my car.I pulled in with 8 kms left on my car.When I turned my car on, I had 0 extra km's.I went into the gas attendant to tell him I didn't get any gas. He told me I could watch someone else pump gas to prove the pumps were working and at these gas prices, I wouldn't get much for 4L. I do get that;however, $6.00 worth of gas and 4L, doesn't give you 0 extra kms. He also tried to tell me, my gas gage was probably broken. It's a brand new car. Nice try. The attendant was down right rude and basically told me to go fly a kite. I explained it would at least give me something. He wouldn't even listen or investigate it.I used to go here regularly. I will never go here again and with the possibility of having to deal with this person. It is people like him that make this world continuously difficult.This guy wouldn't do anything, left me wasting my last $6.00 I had for the week and nearly no way to get myself to work.Pioneer, this isn't the first instance I have heard about people having difficulty at your pumps and people just wasting their money with nothing in return. No gas, no money.I hope you will at least have the decency to make this situation right, other than a sorry your experienced this.""

Price is good here but the guy who works here hit my car with a shovel. You don't have to shovel the ice off the curb WHILE a car is there. Isn't that common sense? He's lucky my car is too dirty to see if there's a scratch right now or he'd be paying to fix it.

Today I went to this gas station to fill up my car but Nozzle’s trigger was stopping frequently and unexpectedly. I asked for the assistance but I was unable to explain the situation properly to gas station guy so my friend started explaining it. Instead of listening to us, he rudely asked my friend “who are you?” & “I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU?”. He completely disrespected my friend. After that, he tried to show me & SPILL the gas on the side of my car. Today I spent extra 15$ on buying car wash coupon. He didn’t appologize for the situation & showed us attitude

Pump glitched and I pumped 12 cents on accident. Then I put in 65 dollars of the proper gas. When I went to pay the girl made a fuss about it and I told her it glitched. She wanted me to pay 2 transactions with my card and I told her I'm not gunna debit 12 cents. So I payed cash for the 12 cents and she didnt even give me the proper change... I use to go there all the time but with poor service like that I think I'll find a new station for me gas.
