Taylor Steel Inc.Plant# 7

Very nice place to get loads from!!I enjoy going to plant 7 and plant 5....they always load me quickly....and are very respectable....Plant 1 I never so dissappointed everytime I go there....Staff is always cursing you up, and cursing at you....You ask a question and they yell and curse louder....Don't mind going anywhere....but plant 1 is the only place I'll never come back to no matter what!!!!

Over all plant is organized and clean , BUT loading and unloading trucks is very slow , they dont care how cold or hot outside is they will make you wait outside...Even if you show up on your appointment time you will be there for minimum 2 hrs .

I have worked with this company for 15 years they have been very good to our company. I would definitely work with these fine people anytime and when they say they will work with us they do and always go out of their way to make sure if there are any issues they are cleared up fast and without delay. If you are interested in working with Taylor Steel in any capacity i would not hesitate to give them a call at Taylor steel. Sales Dept. IFS.

As I read some of the reviews it occurs to me that many of the reviewers are making complaints about certain times or occasions. They are not reviewing Taylor in its entirety... which is of course difficult to do when your only there once. As we at Jonker Trucking have now been working with Taylor for a number of years we are really noticing a reoccurring theme.... loyalty!.. it’s a lost ingredient in many business today, but it is a key ingredient in building long term business relationships. Companies are far too often worried about a quick buck to be made, or saved, rather then the value in something long term. Taylor Steel has demonstrated a high understanding of what it takes to build and maintain a long term relationship with us as a provider. I can only imagine how well they treat and maintain their customers.

Been working with Taylor for 4+ Years.Great management set up by Taylor steel. Company Requires knowledgeable visitors/ Truckers who know how the place is operated.Good Work Mr. Taylor.

They take forever to offload, people inside the building are doing nothing, just walkingAround. At least 2 hours to offload. Truckers should Avoid this place at all costs, they have no respect for drivers time.

Taylor Plant 7 is the worst place to load or unload, Drivers stay away from this place if at all possible, I pulled in the building to get loaded and the guy was sitting at his desk with his feet on the desk, and as I was getting my trailer ready to load he came over to me and told me he was going to load me after break because break time was in 5 min. So stay away if you can.

Unbelievable how lazy employees are. Waiting 2-3 hrs to get unloaded a totally normal experience here

Plant 7 Unloading process is very slow. Last time they spoil my 6 hours to unload only 1 Coil. this time thay again took 3 Hours to unload a single coil. i Recommend to Owner of this Company to improve Loading Unloading process your Company. Try to understand Truck drivera also have theri families and they are also Human being.
