After a totally positive experience in March 2000 when Precision Marble completely renovated a small ensuite bathroom (from tear-out, to redesign, production and installation - a turnkey project) in our Victoria home, we knew that we would always return to Chris and Paul for any future projects whether they be bathroom or kitchen.This spring of 2014, we wanted a major vanity, counter-top, plumbing, mirror and lighting change in our new Mill Bay home master ensuite. The builder's installation was totally impractical and a magazine design nightmare - all flash and no practicality. Chris understood exactly what we envisioned and delivered it in spades (again a turnkey project). Plus, his quote for the job was right up front, remained constant, and absolutely reasonable. We could not have asked for anything more and would not hesitate in the least to highly recommend Chris, Paul and staff to anyone looking for professionalism, meticulous quality in fit and finish of product, on-time scheduling, clean and tidy workmanship - all delivered by genuine, courteous, cordial people who obviously take pride in their workmanship. Locally manufactured , reasonably priced, quality workmanship... Every time you use Precision Marble you are investing in a Greater Victoria small business and ensuring well-paid local employment. What more could you ask for? Honestly, I don't know why anyone in Victoria keeps buying the junk from the big box stores and having it installed by sub-par contractors. Precision Marble is CUSTOM made and costs only slightly more than another install. But in the long run, it costs much less - it will last longer and you'll have less problems - Because of this and the fact that their shower stalls and tubs are locally manufactured there is a reduced ecological footprint.Now, off my soapbox and onto the manufacture and install... I like to take long soaks in a tub with epsom salts, but our tub has always been too short. I have had several contractors look at it and none of them could come up with a solution to install a longer tub because of the dimensions of our bathroom. Along comes Precision marble... Now we have a tub I can stretch out in - it's deeper, wider, and much longer - fits in the same space. Further, we used to have problems with hot/cold water being affected by running other water in the house... even thought we had installed a Moentrol. No longer. Precision's plumber fixed it.We had a second tub and surround installed in a suite (pictured). They brought the surround up to the ceiling (makes sense, no?). It's beautiful and the new tenants love it! Hopefully, less time cleaning mold and mildew out of grout and off upper walls (they replaced tile). Because Precision just does bathrooms they are good at it. They know what they are doing, able to advise on how to achieve the desired results and can implement almost any idea. They are incredibly flexible and knowledgeable about their product. I don't see myself going to anyone else for a bathroom model in the future.

I echo what other reviewers have posted. Chris and his staff provided excellent customer service, gave clear answers to questions, and were supportive in a way that is rare these days.The installers were upbeat, friendly, and professional. I was impressed by how they took care to protect my floors and minimize any mess. They worked quickly. The final result exceeded expectations.Would highly recommend. Would use them again.

I am “200%” satisfied with owner, Chris, and all Precision Marble staff! The various tradespeople who worked on our custom-designed shower project, without exception, were professional, courteous, and friendly. Chris is highly knowledgeable and personable; he offered suggestions at the onset of the project about design which were very valuable in ensuring a “very classy” finished project. The workers always tidied up well before leaving. We perceived, by their conscientious work habits, that they are all obviously doing quality work. They arrived at the time they said they would (or very close to that time), indicated clearly how long they were going to be here, and what they planned to do. I’ve had good communication with Chris who wants to ensure his customers are 100% satisfied...and Precision Marble has exceeded my expectations rating 200%. I’ll call them again when it’s time to do the other bathroom. I think this must be a very busy company as the work is superior!

We had both of our bathrooms gutted and redone by Precision Marble. From the beginning we were very happy with Chris and his team! Chris listened to what we wanted, offered great advice and brought up things we hadn’t considered. Everyone on the team was friendly, worked well together, and did an excellent job. They kept to their schedule and updated us right away if there needed to be any changes. There were no delays. They were great at problem solving when running into issues and made sure we were on the same page and happy as the projects progressed. Chris was very honest, discussed pros and cons of various options, and kept to the budget. The final bill that came was very accurate to his initial estimate. He was easy to reach and quick to respond. Now we have two beautiful bathrooms and we are very happy!A big thank you to Chris, Adam, Luke, George, and the other workers that have made such a drastic improvement to our home!
